I think these are kind of really low tier, and it brings us, last but not least. Recon, and this one's actually kind of powerful. I wish there were two "bird's eye" options because "bird's eye" is still kind of broken. It does have its downside, so we got double time, which is a cool tracker; okay, focus is almost useless for the most part, but it does help with a little bit of flinch, which can make some gunfights annoying; and then you got bird's eye, so this one says UAVs and radar pings reveal the enemy's direction, and this is any UAV, so any UAV that is called in on the entire map at any point while you have this perk will act as a UAV for you as long as it is active; so you're talking about getting 10 to 20 UAVs per match.
Free just for having this perk, obviously it doesn't have the great combo with it. so it's more like a b-minus, but the power of that is that even if one person on your team is able to give concise call-outs, they'll be able to tell the rest of the team where enemies are, especially late in the game when people pop UAVs, they're giving away their position.
The only problem is that it kind of clutters up the map with AI, so it's hard to distinguish, especially near a stronghold or near a black site, unless you pay attention a little bit more to player movements. The other part is a multi-level building, so it's not going to have the little dot with an arrow above or below it showing.
They are higher than you or lower than your elevation, so you kind of lose a little bit of Intel there, but you will get clear direction if you're trying to go for a flank and know where people are you're, going to have that information ghosted, players will not show up with this either, so it can give you that false sense of comfort if you're seeing that and you're like, "Oh, nobody's over there," but you really wouldn't have that Intel even if you didn't have that perk, so it's kind of one of those trade-offs.
I think this one's very solid. I think you've got to figure out how you're going to build your team's chemistry by combining some of these.
