News - The Correct Warzone 2 Settings For Ranked Play - Updated For 2024
Once you do that, you want to click on the filter. Scroll down to filter by device, and make sure that this is the highest that it can go for your PS4. I believe it's 1, 000. Maybe 4, 000, and then PS5 controllers are all the way up to 8, 000. Click Filter on the device, and then install the service.
After that, you're going to unplug your controller and plug it back in. It should say yes under the filter. The rate should be the number that you chose, and then the interval should be one. After that, your controller should be overclocked, and you shouldn't have to open this driver again unless you're plugging in a new controller or something like that.
And now for my controller settings, I play on default flipped, so I aim with L1 and shoot with R1. I keep my controller's vibration off. My dead zone inputs: the most important ones are the left stick Max and the right stick Min. So the left stick Max bumps this down to 70, which makes it so that you reach maximum strafe speed faster.
If you're shooting with an AR or something long range, you want to be able to reach that maximum strafe speed as quick as possible to get that rotational aim assist, and with the right stick, you want this to be as low as possible without getting stick drift. A little bit of stick drift is okay, but as a general rule of thumb, the lower the stick, the better for the right stick.
Comm in as long as your controller is not doing anything crazy going over to aiming. I play on 66, and there's a rumor going around that you need to change the advanced horizontal and vertical sticks. Sensitivity, I think that came out as not true, but in case you want to change it, you go on custom change it to one, and then go back.
I don't think that does anything, but in case it does, you're more than welcome to try that. I don't mess with the sensitivity multiplier at all in the AER response curve type. I have this on dynamic, and I have not changed the slope scale. It's still at one instant for my transition timing and custom sensitivity; presume I also don't mess with that Target aim assist.
For the assist type, I used to play on Black Ops, and I did like it, but ever since changing to default, I've liked it a lot more. If this updates, I'll be sure to change that. But for now, try rocking default scrolling down, make sure motion sensor behavior is off, and in the advanced settings, go ahead and turn off the FOV sensitivity scaling.
This is another one of those settings where it's not really confirmed if it changes too much, but it doesn't hurt to have that off now under gameplay if you want to run an automatic tactical sprint. This is where you would do it, so I prefer a single-tap run, which means I only have to click my left stick once to get into TX Sprint.
For the mantle settings, I've grounded the mantle off, automatic airbo mantle off, and automatic ground mantle slh hang off. This makes it so that I never automatically mantle something by accident; every single time I mantle, it is intentional by me pressing my jump button, the slide, and the dive.
Behavior: Make sure this is on slide only if you're trying to be competitive, and in play-ranked play, you want as little input delay as possible, and slide only reduces the delay from pressing Circle to fully sliding by 200 milliseconds compared to the tap to slide, so keep this on slide only. You won't be able to dolphin dive, but that's okay.
As much as you're going to be slide canceling, this makes it so much worth it to show it down through the rest of the settings. Nothing terribly important throughout these, and those are my graphics, audio, and controller settings for the model for 3-rank play. I hope this helped. If it did again, subscribe, and I will catch you next time at
