News - Let's Talk Warzone 2i
It's just something that's been programmed in my brain for so many years, and for some reason that was never the case in this game. I've seen many instances where the enemies will spawn at both spawn points on the map, and it just kills the flow of controlling the game. I've also had moments where I've watched enemies spawn right in front of me in places where they shouldn't even spawn as well, which always surprised me, so hopefully the spawns are one of the biggest priorities for launch, not saying that they need to be perfect because there isn't a single Call of Duty game that has perfect spawns.
Pretty much every game has bad spawns to a degree, but some are just a lot worse than others. Lastly, the skill-based matchmaking in the beta was absolutely insane. I don't want to get into this topic too much because discussing skill-based matchmaking overall is just a lengthy conversation, but it was pretty crazy, especially for the beta; it just didn't seem necessary to have skill-based matchmaking.
That cranked up for a game that isn't even fully released yet, but I know that skill-based matchmaking is something that isn't going to go away anytime soon, and that's just something that the community has to come to terms with. With all of that being said. I still had a really good time playing this beta, and I'm glad that Sledgehammer Games is actually taking the time to listen to community feedback, which is something that Infinity W simply did not do.
One of my biggest fears is for the beta to perform and play really well and for the final launch product to be completely different from what it was before. That was something that we all had to experience with Modern Warfare 2, and I'm pretty sure that Sledgehammer Games took note of that with this approach.
I personally think that Call of Duty is the epitome of a fan service game, and it's honestly really refreshing to see, so that is all I have on Modern Warfare 3.
