News - Is Warzone 2 Any Good
This needs to change because obviously it's boring and repetitive, and there are some really cool zones and circles in a war zone that are capable, like having a zone that finishes over some of the sunken cities and marshlands or a zone that finishes over some of the sunken cities and marshlands or deserts.
The variety of gameplay is kind of dependent on the Zone finishing in random locations and not just in the roughly same location between Hydroelectric, marshlands. The Observatory, and the city; it's a really frustrating thing that I hope that they fix very quickly, and finally, the last thing I think needs to be completely changed straight away is the plating system.
I don't think they need this system where a satchel gives you three slots instead of two; it should just be three by default, and if you find a satchel, you can just carry more plates by default. This current system is just overly convoluted, and it creates a TTKO imbalance where players are sometimes punished for simply landing in a location and getting unlucky by not finding a through-plate vest, and it also makes people less aggressive and less inclined to play an opponent or play for a certain situation if they know that they're one plate down.
Automatically having a third less health than your opponent is pretty much a guarantee that even if you are a top player, you might have a chance of losing. So, folks, that's about it for my Warzone 2 opinions so far; genuinely, I do think the game is in a really promising place, and I think our Mars map is fantastic there.
There are some tweaks that are needed, and there are some things that definitely need to change as soon as possible, but I think once they get those things ironed out, the next year or two of Warzone 2.0 are going to be really good.
