News - Warzone: The Major Rebirth Island Update
That applies to the current ERA of War Zone, which features a lot of these different mechanics, like swimming and whatnot, so don't be surprised if you see players in and around the water surrounding the islands. Of course a big thing with rebirth over the course of time has been its Easter eggs and we've seen a lot of these dropping recently obviously with the reintroduction, of Fortune's keep we had several Easter eggs debut there I imagine that's going to be the case with rebirth as well they really enjoyed doing those blueprint Rewards or random camos and the other various filler stuff calling cards emblems and whatnot for doing these Easter eggs so I'd fully expect at least a couple of those to be returning, as well as far as player count goes we don't know for sure, exactly what the full player count will be across all Squad sizes but we do know that within war zone mobile which is going to be heavily connected to standard war zone now rebirth has 48 players on that map that was also pretty standard back in war zone 1 so I'd have to imagine it's going to be similar to that this time around, as well, and then lastly here uh We did just see Call of Duty announce a couple of days ago that we were going to have an anniversary reward.
Possible rebirth island event in warzone 3
Available in season 3, as of right now, they've just teased a weapon skin for it, but when they described this, you know, weapon skin for the anniversary, they said it's something we're going to have to earn in season 3, which would indicate that maybe we're going to see some kind of anniversary event take place, and considering rebirth is actually a part of the weapon skin with various different images of rebirth pois in the island itself and whatnot on it, we could be seeing an actual anniversary.
Events with gameplay challenges or XP-related challenges, To complete Rebirth Island, we may be seeing this launch with its own event in and of itself, which would be pretty cool. Obviously going to get even more people back onto the game to experience that, but yeah, overall, some positive takeaways.
Rebirth island update is gonna be huge!
At least based on what we know as of right now, it doesn't seem like any drastic changes have been made to the layout of Rebirth Island. There's no huge craters or cracks splitting the map up the middle or anything; the lighting seems to be decent, but there are some concerns in the way of just overall accessibility with the playlist rotation and then also some of the new features being taken into account with the gameplay and systems there, but overall.
It's Rebirth Island. I'm very excited to jump back into it and experience it once again.
