News - These 5 Setups Dominate After Their Buffs Warzone 2
Just a quick note on this: I'm not going to be covering any Modern Warfare 2 guns in this article, and that's simply because I have plans for a separate article covering the top Modern Warfare 2 guns that should be coming out within the next couple of weeks. This one is just focusing on five Modern Warfare 3 weapons that are significantly better now than they were before these updates.
Mcw jak raven
Let's start this off with the MCW. Using the Jack Raven kit is something I haven't really been seeing people use since this buff, which took place with the season 2 updates, and it's surprising because this gun is very noticeably better now.
Now, just a quick recap of what changed the first thing they did is they increased the size of that bonus damage zone so instead of just upper torso and arms now it's the full torso and arms and on top of this with damage just like the base MCW, all you have to do in the maximum damage range is mix one head shot in with those torso shots in order to cut that down to a four shot kill and previously that was one of the big benefits of the base MCW over the Jack Raven kit and one of the reasons that this kit wasn't really worth using, and the other reason was the increased recoil with the kit which if we look at pre- patch versus post patch here they pretty drastically cut down on that recoil especially with those initial shots fired the gaps between those shots are significantly.
Reduced, which makes this gun a lot more accurate and easier to control, so with all of this in mind, this is my updated Jack Raven kit setup, and this is a really good setup after this update. I think you guys will find a whole lot of success with this, so with this, we're using the SL crater heavy barrel, the shadow strike suppressor, so we're off the radar, we've got the ftac sp10 angle grip to cut down on that horizontal recoil a bit, and then finally the RB Rapid Strike grip, of course combined with the kit itself.
And with this, we can see that the recoil is much more manageable and controllable than it was pre-patched, although there is still going to be more recoil than the bass MCW, so I'm not saying this is a more versatile setup compared to the bass MCW. But it is going to be far more dominant in those close to medium ranges, and this recoil is perfectly fine as long as you're not trying to stretch like that across the map or anything.
Additionally, our aim-down sight speed, while it is harmed a little bit, is still very respectable at 242 milliseconds. That's not a problem at all; that's still better than a lot of the assault rifles. Our sprint-out time has also improved a little bit, and of course we're staying off the radar with that suppressor.
Overall, this is just an excellent setup for anybody who wants to be slightly more aggressive with the MCW since, with just body shots, we're killing noticeably faster at 300 milliseconds. And if we now mix that one single head shot in with body shots, we're killing in just 225 milliseconds, which is incredibly fast for.
Taq evolvere 5.56
And so here is my current best-class setup using the 5.56 ammo on the stack evolver. So with this, of course, we have that 100-round 5.56 belt mag. We're using the Z35 compensator muzzle to help a little bit with recoil, and we also have a reduced signature on the radar.
When we fire, we're using the SL skeletal vertical under barrel, which helps a bit with our handling as well as our vertical recoil. We're also using the Mark I reflect optic and, finally, the assault 60 stock. and with this, you can see our recoil is very manageable, especially those initial shots fired.
They're very tight; they kick basically straight upward with very few gaps in between them, so recoil definitely shouldn't be a problem for you with this gun. Our aim-out sight speed is also very good for an LMG, at least at 343 milliseconds, and our sprint-out time is also very solid for an LMG, at just over 200 milliseconds.
And something really important to note with this is that our aim walking movement speed is ridiculously good for an lmg at 3.2 m/s, so you can actually strafe quite effectively in gunfights with this, and really the only notable trade-off we have here is that our bullet velocity isn't quite as good as without these attachments, but it's not really a big deal since 765.
M/s is going to handle most of the ranges just fine in this game, and with this setup. I've managed to find a ton of success.
Taq evolvere 7.62
This is very powerful you're going to be killing extremely quickly, while also having a whole lot of accuracy on your hands and yes you are going to have slightly slower handling than if you were using an SMG or an assault rifle of course but that's something you can easily compensate for with your gamepl and as long as you are compensating for that you should be able to absolutely dominate with this setup , and I've got to say that's actually my preferred way of running the tack evolver now however the 762, version of this gun also got some nice Buffs and I think it's definitely worth trying a class setup with that as well since it's really good for longer ranges especially, now again going back to that February 13th update this is where they changed the rate of fire so they dropped it down to 500 rounds per minute but now they made it a four shot kill rather than a five shot kill up close they also very drastically cut down on the recoil.
But again, just like with the 556 version, they overcorrected a little bit here, so on February 16th, they Nerf The Recoil back a little bit, but this is still very noticeably better than it was pre-patched, and on top of this, they very drastically improved our range values, while we are technically killing a little bit slower here at 360 milliseconds.
This is one of those cases where these numbers don't paint the whole picture. The first thing to point out is in that maximum damage range, which is huge, by the way; it's over 40 m. If you mix just one head shot in with your body shots, it's now going to be a three-shot kill for a 240 millisecond time to kill, so you immediately go from a pretty slow killing gun within those ranges to a very fast killing gun, and then on top of that, just to mention the ranges themselves, even with a 360 millisecond time to kill, when you start getting to that like 40 to 50 m range, this time to kill is actually pretty good, and you're going to be outgunning most of the other guns in the game, especially when you consider the accuracy of this, so with that in mind, here is my preferred 762 class setup for the attack evolver.
And with this, we're using a shadow strike suppressor, so we're off the radar. We once again have the SL skeletal vertical under barrel, the Mark II reflector, the assault 60 stock, and the XRK response rear grip, and with this particular setup, it is incredibly accurate, especially with those initial shots fired, picking people off at the longest possible ranges.
