The bands are what they are, and you have to basically go I think Shadow Bands usually last like a week or two, and unfortunately, the Shadow Band system in this game sucks, just outright. I'm not saying that it's because we're not banning enough people. I think it actually bans too many people. off of random reports in game, and basically you could be shadow banned for any given report in game if somebody is mad that you're dominating them; they could report you for cheating or exploiting, or they could report you for text chat, you know, being rude, or voice chat, being rude, all sorts of stuff like that, and in certain cases, yeah, people are going to say stupid stuff and probably deserve the shadow ban off of that, or people are actually doing glitches or exploits, and they probably do deserve the shadow ban off of that, but other times, it's just spam, and they'reports because they're angry about something and then that player could end up getting Shadow bands and there's nothing unfortunately we can really do about that the devs have not really ever acknowledged, this system being incredibly, you know.

I guess wonky is the way to put it, it just doesn't work as intended it seems like so unfortunately, more and more Shadow bands seem to be occurring for incorrect reasons, and you basically just have to ride them out into your account is on Shadow bands. For what it's worth, if you got spam reported by an angry player and you got a Shadow band, chances are, after it's over, you're going to be fine again; it's not going to perma ban you or anything but.

It is an unfortunate situation where the system is just not all that great and oftentimes gets it wrong, so it's something that a lot of players, unfortunately, have to deal with.
