News - Is Warzone 2. 0 Dying
All right, now let's get into the stuff that I believe is not significantly bad, but it is bad nonetheless, and I think it needs to be addressed. First on the list of things that need to be addressed right now is the movement. So for those of you who don't know, the movement in multiplayer is completely different from the movement in War Zone 2.
In multiplayer, your auto-taxman resets, like in one to two seconds, when you tax Sprint; it slows down to run, and then you tax Sprint again; it resets by itself in war zone two; that's not the case. Go try it out for yourself. Warzone, 2 You tax Sprint, then when you start running, it slows you down, and then you just don't reset your tax rate ads.
AdSense feels incredibly, incredibly slow. You go to Caldera College, which came out yesterday and is back again right now. The advertised speed on all of Warzone 1's guns is significantly faster than any gun right now in Warzone 2. If you slide, you're probably going to die. If you want to get from a corner to another corner, you just dive right now.
If you're sliding, you cannot inbound. You cannot shoot while sliding. So it makes it so that way, when you're sliding, you're able to aim, down sight, and shoot while sliding. I promise you this is going to make it so we're around corners and I'm able to slide pretty well, and there's a purpose to it right now.
You might as well take sliding out of the game because, to be honest, it doesn't do anything. Coming in at number two is perks packages. Now every perk doesn't work unless you're on the console. Perks just choose when they want to show up and when they want to work. When they don't, you know right now if you're on PC that you cannot make custom perks.
I've heard and read that if you're on Xbox. You're allowed to make perk packages and custom perks that you want. I don't know what the glitch is; I don't know if you're supposed to be able to make perk packages or if there are presets, but again, this needs to be addressed. Go back and backtrack, and make it to the point where you're not able to use perks when we're so used to that.
I get it. You guys want to innovate, and you know I completely understand you. Right all the goods, but definitely, this is one of those things that if it ain't broke, don't fix it, so that's my thing with that talking about if it ain't broke, don't fix it, let's talk about the looting system. This is number three of the things that need to be fixed, so the looting system is, in my opinion.
I understand what they were trying to do, but it can work. I still think backpacks are good. I think it's cool. I've already gotten used to it. It is going to be a quote-unquote mini-skill. Gap where looting and moving through your inventory is going to become natural; I've already gotten used to it.
Um, that will make it way smoother for example ammo. Your AR ammo, your SMG ammo, and your shotgun ammo do all of that automatically. If you hover over it, it picks it up. That is only my opinion right now. If you have that type of gun, do you pick up the ammo? If you have an AR, you run it over AR mode, and it automatically picks it up.
I think they definitely need to fix that. Another little thing about the looting system that I think could be improved is that, let's say you have two streaks, one on your right and one in your backpack. I think if you automatically use the streak on you, let's say you have a UAV, you pop the UAV or whatever, streak is in your backpack and should automatically go into your on-person inventory, so that way I don't forget that I have a list coming in at number four of things that need to be addressed, and this is one of those things that I was almost going to put in as something that drastically needs to be fixed.
I really do. Why did we change the armor system? The armor system was quite literally the most perfect thing in any BR, better than Apex and better than any VR you can think of. You didn't have to go and there was loot for a satchel where there's RNG, right, because how many times you run into somebody at the beginning of the game where you have two plates depends on your luck.
You find a satchel, and you die because they had three plays. I know these BR enthusiasts are going to be, well, you know that's BR; it's luck. Listen, where's the one that blew up because of the lack of RNG? You could control the RNG to a certain extent; it was a mix between an arcade shooter and a BR, and it made for something that was perfect, right?
I get that it's a new year, it's a new game, and they're going to innovate. Okay, let's innovate, but let's not completely throw away what we know if anybody's watching this, because it would make the game so much more fun. Making it to put on plates is standard across the board, and if you find a satchel, or you're able to toss it, or you're tempered, or you're able to put it on plates faster with the satchel, the last but not least of things that I think need to be addressed is the buying of stations.
In my opinion, every single buying station should have armor satchels. Another thing is that there needs to be more buy stations. I want to find that sweet spot, man, and right now, I think one UAV is all you need. If you find one or somebody's already used it, then you've got to go running across the map to buy another UAV.
Make it to the point where there are two more UAVs; it's going to make the game run incredibly smoothly right now. The biggest thing I'm seeing with this game is pacing. We need to up that pace significantly. All right, you heard me say all the bugs. Even with the developer's verse and even with the time to kill being incredibly long, I am still addicted to the game.
Does that mean I'm happy with where it's at? No, it means I'm content with what they've put into the game and I'm satisfied with where it's at, and I know it's going to improve, so let me start with the number one thing I love about this game, which is the map. My, this map is incredible. You know, maybe it's a bad take; I don't know.
I'm going to go out and say that I like this map better than Verdansk. This is like 10 times the map that Caldera was. This map is beautiful. It's amazing you're able to finesse in and out of buildings, but only to a certain extent because of the plating and all that, and, like, there are building fights.
You're not dying out in the open, right? You know about guns. You know we'll grit our teeth right now. The map feels immersive. You're in an actual war zone. Whoever was in charge of designing this map, it's amazing; it feels like OverDance 2.0. Please, never go back to the caldera and style this; the map needs to stay in this style; the map needs to stay that advanced.
