News - Is The Renetti Any Good Warzone 2. Stats & Best Attachment Setups
This is the series where I go into great detail with all the stats as well as some excellent attachment combinations for every gun in Modern Warfare 3, and in today's episode we're going to be moving on to the retti.
Damage & multipliers
Starting it off as always, let's have a look at our damage profile. As we can see here, it's going to be a five- to seven-shot kill, and since this is a three-round burst pistol, this means it's generally going to take you two bursts to kill, and it's going to be fairly consistent with those two burst kills, at least within the effective ranges.
Rate of fire & time to kill
Additionally when it comes to head shots we can cut this down to a four shot kill in the maximum damage range by mixing just one head shot in combined with upper torso shots, but at the end of the day it's still going to be a two burst kill in that case, and therefore I often find it's best to just aim for that Center Mass and get that two burst kill anyway rather than risking missing some shots while trying to hit the head and therefore requiring a third burst , as for a rate of fire this is roughly 833, rounds per minute with a roughly 90 millisecond burst delay now keep in mind these are hand tested values not the coded values in game and it is pretty difficult to get absolute exact values when we're talking about burst guns, now in saying that I'm definitely within like a few milliseconds here so even if this is off by a few milliseconds we still get a general indication of the behavior of this and what this means is our time to kill potential with a five shot kill is 378.
Trigger attachments
Milliseconds which honestly isn't a great time to kill in this game and that can Spike all the way up to 612, milliseconds, with a seven shot kill now we do have triggers that can change our rate of fire a little bit but based on the testing that I've done here it appears to just affect our burst delay rather than the rate of fire within each burst, and we can see with the first trigger this actually very significantly slows down our burst delay it's now 140 milliseconds which is very slow and that really makes our time to kill Spike so you definitely want to stay away from that one then we've got the bruan mg 89 trigger and this appears to just reduce our burst delay by like 5 milliseconds, it's very minor and honestly this is like a negligible change I wouldn't really bother wasting an attachment on this trigger, whereas with that Brewing EXP breast trigger, this appears to cut our burst delay down by about 15 milliseconds, which is now a lot more noticeable.
But honestly, at the end of the day, this still isn't like a massive difference, and therefore. I wouldn't say the triggers are an absolute requirement on the retti, unlike with the Core 45, for instance, where if you've got a decent trigger finger. I would highly recommend using those triggers.
Ranges & velocity
After that, let's get into our ranges. We actually have a pretty great five-shot kill potential for a pistol at 31 m, but in that range, all of those shots have to hit the upper torso; otherwise, it'll be a six-shot kill. However, within the first two damage ranges, from 0 to 21 m, this is where it's going to be a guaranteed five-shot kill anywhere in the body, so range-wise, this is actually quite impressive.
Even though the time to kill potential within those ranges isn't that great, let's have a quick look at hardcore game modes and our one-shot kill potential. It's 31 meters, which is not that bad, but it's also worth mentioning since this is a burst gun. More often than not, you're going to be killing people in one burst regardless, so even if it does take you two shots to kill, that second shot is going to be hitting very shortly after the first shot. As a result, when you combine that with the fact that this is a pistol and therefore we have pistol-level handling and mobility stats, this gun is quite solid in hardcore modes.
Hipfire
As for the next stat to look at here, this is hipfire, and we've got great hipfire with this gun. Our minimum hipfire spread is just 2° per second, and our maximum doesn't really spread all that much compared to the minimum at 4° per second, so it's very nice and tight.
Recoil
There, and now we can get into our recoil, which is pretty solid. As we can see, it's quite accurate. We don't have any vertical climb with this at all. However, within each burst, there is going to be some horizontal recoil with a little bit of deviation in there, so it will bounce around a little bit, but it bounces around in a very small area, and within the effective ranges of this gun, this recoil should generally be no issue for you.
Handling & reload add time
Then let's take a look at our aim-down sight time, which is very fast at 150 milliseconds. And also, our sprint to fire time is ridiculously fast; our standard sprint at time is 40 milliseconds, and I would argue more importantly, our tactical sprint out time is just 65 milliseconds, which is insanely fast for a tactical sprint out time, so you really just don't have to worry about running into a gunfight mid-sprint.
And then finally, for handling, let's have a look at our reload ad time, which is 1.4 seconds. I consider this to be a very good reload time, but just not an amazing reload.
Mobility
Time, by any means Now, finally, for the base stats of the retti, before we get into some attachments, let's have a look at our movement speeds, which are all pretty standard for pistols in this game. There's nothing really out of the ordinary; this is actually all of the exact same movement speeds as the core 45, so you can get around the map quite quickly.
Jak ferocity carbine kit (full auto)
And there we go. That's the base rifle. Now let's get into the kit. This is the Jack Ferocity Carbine Kit, which reduces all of our damage value, so it's now going to be a 6 to n shot kill, but it converts the gun into full auto with a rate of fire of 857. Rounds per minute, which means with a six-shot kill up close and personal, we're killing in 350 milliseconds.
That's a little bit faster than the Bas Retti, but still not a great time to kill in this game. You're still going to be outgunned by most of the primary weapons out there. Also, with this kit, we do see quite a bit of recoil here. It kicks up pretty violently, and it also zigzags a lot as it's kicking upwards, so that's something you definitely have to be aware of while using this kit, and you probably want to get that under control with various attachments.
Additionally, with this kit, we are harming all of our mobility stats as well as our handling stats, so our new aim-down sight time, for instance, is 200 milliseconds, so 50 milliseconds slower, and our sprint-to-fire time is more than doubled. Now, when using this kit, another thing that you may not immediately think of is the swap speed.
