News - Is The Ram-9 The Most Powerful Smg Warzone 2. Stats & Best Attachment Setups
We once again have the HVS 3.4 pad and the Retor 90 grip, the same as the previous build, but this time we're also using the Recon comb, and with this one, you're not going to be nearly as accurate as the previous build. You definitely don't want to be stretching your ranges out way too far, but within the really effective range of this gun, which is 21 M, this recoil is perfectly fine.
In my experience, our aimed-down sight speed with this is effectively the same as the base at 202 milliseconds, which is excellent and should never be a problem for you, and our sprint-out time has actually improved a little bit to 150, or 7 milliseconds. Once again, we didn't touch our range or bullet velocity values at all.
That's largely just because I don't like the barrel attachments on this gun. I just don't think they're balanced really well, but we do have a suppressor on here, so we will be off the radar when firing, and that allows us to flank really effectively with this setup, and then we go. That's my stealth build. I found a ton of success with this particular.
Weird barrel stats.
One little note I wanted to point out here was when I was talking about the barrels and how I don't really like how they're balanced with this gun. Something you may notice is that the barrel has an integrated suppressor in it. If you read the pros and cons, it says that it improves your bullet velocity and range, as well as your aim walking speed and sprint to fire speed, at the cost of gun kit control.
But when you look at the advanced stats, it actually hurts our ranges and our bullet velocity by a very noticeable margin, so I think this barrel would be a really good option if it did what the pros and cons stated that it would do, but since it doesn't appear to do that and it actually harms the gun when it comes to range and bullet velocity, this is why I stay far away from it.
Ram-9 - hipfire & tac stance build
In either case, there's one last build I wanted to share for you guys with the Ram 9, and this is my hipfire and tack stance build. You can't really ignore the hip fire on this gun since it has amazing hip fire by default. And since the season 2 update. T stance is also way better now, so with this one we're using the 1 M laser box, which is not a visible laser but it helps very noticeably with hip fire and Tack stance.
We've got the Bruin Bastion angled grip, the motion tack pad stock, the demo flatcomb, and then finally again, that 40-round magazine. Now with this particular one, we've got a ridiculously fast-tack stance. It's very accurate in tack stance, and it's also really accurate in hipfire. Whether you're moving or standing still, it's going to be quite accurate, and you never really need the fully aim-down sight with this, which is great because our aim-down sight speed is a little worse than the base at 221 milliseconds. Our sprint out time is unfortunately not amazing for an SMG, and that is something you just have to be aware of while using this build; it's not going to have that instant sprint out time that you would often expect with an SMG, but to me, for a build like this, that's totally worth it for how accurate you can be while hip firing and while in intact stance.
Final thoughts & wrap up
And with that, that's going to wrap up today's gun guide on the ram. As for my thoughts on this gun, I really like it. I think it might be even a little too powerful by default. That time to kill potential, extending out to 21 m, is pretty insane. If you can hit those upper torso shots or torso shots, you don't even need to hit the upper torso.
You will find a lot of success with this gun. I find that, like I said, it's a bit weird with attachments. I do have a hard time making the gun much better by adding attachments to it, but that's okay since it's just so good by default. If you enjoyed this one, a like rating is always appreciated, and don't forget to subscribe for more if you haven't already.
I'll talk to you guys next.
