Let's go through the next big update, NW3. We'll break it all down in today's article.
New mw3 cryptid event details & rewards!
Prove your monstrous might and complete event challenges to earn cryptic rewards. The tinfoil hat is not included now. Cod did officially confirm that we're going to have a total of nine free rewards from this event, one being this master, crypti, camo, or maybe it's a weapon blueprint, but regardless, it's pretty solid, nothing too special, but it's a weeklong event, so we're not expecting any massive Mastery reward, right?
And in terms of the event details, we don't have a preview of the event like we did with the Year of the Dragon event, but we do have a full list of all the challenges for this cryptide event. It's not an XP progression event; you're actually going to do some challenges here, which is cool. The first one is getting operator kills with throwing knives.
Get one shot, one kill operator kills with iron sights equipped to a sniper get operator kills with the Marksman rifle conversion aftermarket part equipped while using the threat. Get operator kills with a shotgun or melee weapon in one life; get operator kills with a suppressor equipped while using the ghost TV camo perk.
Get enemy equipment or kill streak kills with a Storm Ander weapon. Get operator melee kills while in smoke. Get operator kills while using the covert sneakers, black light flashlight, perks, and complete all those event challenges, and there's other zombie challenges as well; it seems like getting zombie kills with throwing knives.
Get special zombie-critical kills with sniper rifles. Get seven Harvester orbs; get hell kills with shotguns; Get zombie kills while using the Ether Shroud. get brain rot zombie kills big Bounty targets with mystery box weapons and Abomination kills as well, so a very vague overview of some of the challenges; they might be slightly altered when the event does go live in a couple days, but still solid stuff there before we break down more of this event here.
Below in the description, no code is required, and all prices have been cut massively for all the different parts, three tiers of PCS, and much more.
Multiple cryptid bundles releasing in mw3 (early preview)
Of course, as part of this event, we have other bundles to release. We have full previews here of at least two of the bundles of the cryptides event. The first one is the cryptide. The Nessie bundle comes with a pretty cool operator skin for Pathfinder. It goes through a full preview of all the stuff from this bundle, the weapon blueprints here, and the tracers.
As well, you'll see in the firing range a bunch of gameplay for that and some gameplay for filling in the war zone. I'm pretty sure as well, so just a look at all the stuff you're getting here from this bundle; it's a decent bundle overall, and for the next one, here we have the cryptide. The Bigfoot Bundle, which comes with a Scorch operator skin, is another interesting one.
We thought maybe this could be a part of an upcoming King Kong Godzilla event, but no, it's the cryptide event here, which does make sense overall, and the King Kong Godzilla event might not even happen. Sincerely, there are some leaks saying that it's just for bundles and there's no actual big event for War Zone, which is unfortunate because that was a pretty cool event back in Cera, but regardless, this bundle is pretty cool.
You're going to see the infill cut scene for the war zone as well, with the operator walking through and, of course, the weapon blueprint in the firing range as well. Another solid bundle there, and we don't have a full preview of the other cryptides bundle. I went through all the upcoming season 2 operator bundles.
Regardless, the crypti Moth Man bundle is another decent one here, so all three of these crypti bundles might not release next week; they may spread them out, so although the crypti event is next week, we may only get one or two of them, and they'll save the other one for later on. We'll see very soon. Of course, we already got a cryptide bundle a couple weeks ago, or maybe it actually just dropped recently, but I do kind of like the cryptide theme here; it is.
Future crossover events in modern warfare 3␦
Pretty solid overall, but now for some more stuff. Here I saw this pretty cool concept from forward leaks about potential. Borderlands call of Duty Bundle what that could look like, so he goes through the potential items here.
A Borderlands, a psycho skin, a psycho Buzz, a melee weapon blueprint, a conference call shotgun blueprint, a Hellfire SMG blueprint, a Pandora vault symbol weapon sticker, and a psycho finger gun head emblem Interesting stuff There is a Marcus Bobblehead weapon charm for Borderlands, a text banner, and some generic Borderlands themes loading on the screen.
It could be a cool bundle. Of course, the big one now that Microsoft owns Activision is a potential Halo crossover, so hopefully that wouldn't just be a master-chief bundle but an actual whole-game event where there's map changes in War Zone and a lot of crazy stuff. I mean, that could be a pretty sick one, but we'll see what ends up happening with that.
Upcoming mw3 season 2 reloaded content!
But for some more stuff here , we do have more upcoming content for season 2 and tweeted out an overview of what we're still waiting to see in this game. We have airborne and skid-grown grow maps there, which are pretty sick, and a soul renders melee weapon, Dos house returning as well, the vortex decay's rum event.
a Jugger LTM. Bounty LTM Modern Warfare Zombies story missions: three zombie schematics, the Caris warlord, and zombies, a research vessel POI bunker Buster kill streak PDS system and War Zone more events as well every week, and much more, so we are still getting a bunch of other content here for the season, but this is the content that we're getting that is meaningful.
That crazy, I would say no, not really. I think multiplayer still has the best content right now for season 2. The MP maps, I think, are so cool for the upcoming zombie event in MW3. As well, with the Skid Grow Maps and all the different map changes to Terminal as well, that's also really sick, but for zombies, especially in War Zone, the content isn't that good.
I mean. Fortunes Keep is a map for sure, but it's not a new map, so I can only get so excited for content that we already saw a couple years ago, and of course, zombies—there's just barely any content. Any new dark ether Rift is cool, but it is kind of just a POI from Alaza that we saw already, so it's still exciting to play in a new area, but I can only get so excited—you know what I mean, the ceiling.
