Call of Duty seems to be adding four new pay-to-win operators to MW3.

New killer serial creep party pack: pay-to-win?

We'll break down what's going on here plus some other content updates now live in this article, but first off, here in the store, We have the new killer serial creep party pack for 1,600 cop points, which comes with a mean Swagger operator skin called Rave, which looks pretty interesting; it's a kind of unique look there.

We also have a BP50 blueprint as well, an unmarked grave with no traces, unfortunately. But it is a decent look; they never saw me coming. Okay, kind of cool bloody red effect there on the black weapon. We have a longbow blueprint as well, a similar look, a little less red, a little less blood. I guess it is rightly interesting.

There we have a large, sharp kiss here, a weapon sticker, Hollow, and a weapon charm husk here. Okay, so interesting. Vibes are kind of interesting. This seems more like a Halloween bundle, or maybe just a bundle you would release during October, but no, we haven't yet. When you play together in parties of at least two players, you get an added double battle pass XP bonus as well in parties of three or more, and these are permanent.

XP boosts here, so as long as you have the operator skins you know enable a part of the killer pack here, then you'll get that double XP double up an XP. And double battle pass XP with three or more players So, a really interesting thing here is that, of course, this is a part of the other packs. The other bundles aren't out yet, but it says to view alternative bundles here, and then the rest of the new bundles, as they were released, will show up right here in the right-hand corner of your screen.

So, super interesting stuff there. Let's go through the other bundles first, and then we'll talk about what's going on here with bundles. Are they becoming more and more pay-to-win is this that bad? Overall, we'll talk about that in a second, but first off, here for the next bundle releasing.

Early look at 3 more mw3 killer party pack bundles!

As part of this party pack, we have the killer Tracer pack circus freak party pack with an operator skin for Enigma, pretty much just like a scary clown operator. This one is kind of cool, actually. Not too bad there; we have an HRM 9 blueprint here. Funny business with some Carney, Carnage Tracers We have the blueprint here first, and then we'll preview the tracer.

Okay, nothing too crazy, but there are decent traces there. MTZ Interceptor jokes on your blueprint here with a, I guess, clown-themed blueprint. The color scheme here looks interesting as well, as do the same traces on your next one. Here we have a large GC, okay, and then a weapon sticker and a weapon charm, so this bundle should probably be around the same price.

1,600, maybe 2400 C points max, so the next one here is the killer Bone Collector party pack with an operator skin for Raptor called Nomad. This one's unique as well, kind of like The Vibes. You're getting an SVA 545 blueprint here. Marrow, with some interesting looks here, this one's actually kind of cool.

A bit more lowkey, a little bit of a blood effect there as well, but more of a greenish, almost military type of look there, so kind of cool as a cat AMR blueprint as well. Same type of look there on the weapon; no tracer on this unfortunately, but you know, I guess not a big deal. It's probably going to be a cheaper C Point bundle, getting a large decal here again, a weapon sticker, and a weapon charm, and finally, at least for now, the last killer party pack we're getting here is the porcelain party pack with an operator skin for Alpine.

Interesting look again. Okay, you're getting an AR 556 blueprint here. Play with me. Another crazy look here, and I guess that's like some baby mask on the weapon. I'm not so sure it's another creepy bundle with some spiderwebs on it. Vibes there getting a Hul or 26 blueprint as well as the same type of weapon camo, or I guess the blueprint effect looks like there are no tracer on this, unfortunately again, but interesting.

Vibes, we're getting a large decal, a weapon sticker, and a weapon charm, and that's the last bundle part of this killer party pack for now, but of course if these do extremely well in the store. I could easily see them doing another iteration of the killer party packs for the summer, but more likely for Halloween, these aren't bad as Halloween bundles.

I think a part of this four pack here I definitely prefer the killer circus party pack just because the operator skin is a bit more unique and kind of scary looking and makes a bit more sense for the Halloween theme, and Halloween is kind of one of my favorite holidays honestly, so it is kind of a cool operator to have in the game before Halloween is even around yet, so having another iteration of these killer party pack operators during Halloween I feel like it would be pretty cool, and obviously.

I like these operators.

I feel like they're interesting, but the aspect where you're getting more XP for having the operators permanent Double XP, It's a bit interesting, so that's the debate right now. Based on what I saw on Twitter. Charlie Inel tweeted this out, and a lot of people in the replies to Charlie's tweet were saying that it's pay to win; it's not fair, but others were saying it's not exactly pay to win; it's more pay to skip, which I definitely understand because right now there's no way to just buy Double Weapon XP.

mw3

You can't just buy that, but with double battle pass XP, you can kind of buy it because if you get the battle pass, you could buy battle pass tier skips and pretty much pay your way through the entire battle pass, spending a hundred plus dollars to get all the battle pass tiers unlocked instantly, which again isn't really pay to win because it's not a material benefit you're seeing in the game; you're just getting extra cosmetics, faster than others, but with you know weapon XP potentially, you know if a new DLC weapon comes out, you're getting more XP, faster for that weapon, you'll get the attachments faster, and you'll be you know more overpowered.

Let's say in the lobbies, earlier than others, which I would say isn't exactly pay to win because other players are able to access that in a free method, and pay to win is usually just like you have to pay money to get that material. In the game, just like in Advanced Warfare, you could spend a lot of money to get supply drops to get those top-tier variants like the asm1 Speak Easy and the B obsidian seed.

Although there were free ways to get those weapons, you could get free supply drops. I mean, there was a free method, but if it's easier to get that stuff by spending money, I still feel like that's considered pay-to-win, so these bundles are here. I wouldn't say they're fully paid to win, but we're going in the wrong direction for sure.
