News - Warzone 2 New Season 6 The Haunting Event Update (operators, Game Modes & More)

The hellmouth has also caused issues for the city of Vondo; a sorceress has cursed the city, causing a blood moon to hang over the city; the canal is now full of blood; and the undead are now released upon the land.
These events are going to be nuts for the war zone, including the final DMZ update in season 6, along with the new additions that are coming to Al Mazra and Von Dead in War Zone. Operators can expect to encounter horrific evils during a DMZ deployment. For those who have been asking for DMZ at night, here's your chance.
You can complete the alars and more in DMZ, so war zone restrictive storms and player accounts aren't your thing. We're hoping for a more immersive experience. This is for you. You can consider this the final DMZ update you are bound to get before the launch of Modern Warfare 3, as the mode isn't scheduled to receive additional content once the life cycle of MW2 concludes, so I'm pretty sure, by that, guys, there's not going to be really another DMZ for Modern Warfare 3.
They haven't really talked about it at all. That's pretty much what you could buy. Fans of the heat-resistant key in the Cleaver have already begun to find Halloween-themed loot around DMZ, including a butler Cleaver worth $6,600 and a heat-resistant hell key for the ghost train that's actually so nuts that you can already get content from the thing right now on DMZ.
Exclusive haunting boxes and equipment There are now haunted boxes scattered around that leave tons of good loot, but be careful when opening them because a living mob possesses the boxes. These boxes can be found by zombies, who will occasionally drop them. The blood-seeking grenade is shaped like a vampire bat and is formed from an unknown evil.
The goal of this grenade is to attach to the enemies and highlight them for easy tracking during the night. However, the grenades do not work against those who dwell in the water. Your loadouts will also be possessed by the sound of Veil Scream, which is a change to the suppression mind that makes the audio screams of the dead and the decoy grenade that adds monstrous sounds to the noise.
It's actually going to be nuts; it's going to freak out a bunch of people. Lastly, be careful of looting everything, sir, for there will be occasional jump scares awaiting you all in a limited time. Haunting game modes, popular modes that led to the infamous new king of verdins back in 2021, are making a comeback.
There's no nuke this time, at least that we know of, but the thrills of playing as a zombie have returned. Zombie Royale will be a limited mode for both Al Mazer and Vondo that will appear during the midseason. The goog is now closed upon death. Operators will instead reanimate as undead with new abilities and a chance at resurrection.
Don't go into the graveyards alone; the dead are around every corner, so make sure to have a friend or two with you. As the match comes to a close, every operator spectating will be brought back to the afterlife as a zombie, with the effect of slaying the living once more. Think of it like a jailbreak event, but with a necromancy twist.
There's limited time, and Zombie Game Mode's nuts I can't wait until the lockdown LTM also returns, but this time it's under the dark and the moonlight of Vondo. Make sure to hone your skills before tackling the source of the incursions. The Haunting spreads to multi-players, with multiplayers joining in on the festivities.
This year, two maps will be getting a spooky reskin, and game owners will be getting a haunting twist. Both Aliso and Embassy are receiving Halloween reskins, which can be played in both public and private matches. With the launch of season 6, we got an early glimpse of Elis Silo Halloween reskin as the map became available early in the custom games.
The following game modes are also being updated with the Halloween twist: domination, scir curls instead of flags, kill confirm, and grind skulls instead of dog tags. Drop Zone jump scare care packages and infected haunted theme infected no super abilities, I can't wait for this event. I'm literally going crazy over here, and this is pretty much how Embassy is going to look with the new theme gameplay of L is Silo multiplayer map reskin coming with the haunting update.
