News - Warzone 2 Is Over. Dead Game

Now keep in mind this is across, everything this is across war zone. Joe Cott and some of these [__] don't even have a job anymore. Haha, check it out. We go in December. 103, 000, next month down to 89, 000, next month down to 83, 000, and as of March, 79, 000. Now I will put this into perspective.

Okay, gaming this year in the last couple of years hasn't really been all that impressive, so for these numbers, that's actually not half bad, but for Call of Duty standards. This is absolutely true, and these numbers have probably been updated. And keep in mind that all of these updates and, you know, War Zone Mobile coming out are going to influence the numbers.

Yes, there's going to be a few bumps there's going to be a few jumps, but we could say the same for every single other [__] season. In the long run, these little cool things that come out with you like it or War Zone Mobile coming out don't actually influence the numbers as much as people think; in fact, the numbers keep dropping.

This data tells me that Call of Duty, whether you like it or not, is actually dying out. Is it completely dead? No, of course not; it's [__] Cod. Is it still [__] on a bunch of other games? Yes, but that's not saying much, and I can't even give it all that much credit because games like Hell Diverse 2 or even Lethal Company—we saw that a few months ago, these random games, and some of them like Lethal Company with one developer—can still create a game and an experience that is far superior to Call of Duty, which is far more loved than Call of Duty, and this is a franchise that has existed for multiple decades at this point, and you're getting outdone by a game with one developer, so yes, in my opinion, yeah.

Call of Duty, it's dying. No, it's not the worst game of all time, and I've never deemed this game specifically to be the worst game of all time. As a matter of fact, MW 2019 Part 3 is probably the best one out of the last five. Does that mean much, though? No, and I know a lot of these guc lickers are quick to say you critique the game so much, but you still play fully.

Shut the flying [__] up. Get back to the short buzz. Don't speak until I give you the right to do so. All right, a lot of you guc-lickers don't deserve human rights, as do a lot of these Activision employees. Jesus, I have a lot to say, but you know people will get upset. You want this game to be successful.

modern warfare 3 ranked play

You want it to come back to life. Guess what it's chocked it's not happening. You had your chance. I've talked about this so many times, but the launch of your game is literally the most important part of your game for the rest of its life cycle. It will be influenced. Based off of your launch, that is where you're going to capture the most amount of people, and if you [__] up and you do something ridiculously stupid like give us zero original maps at launch, guess what's going to happen when people get bored and they hop on different games; they're not coming back.

People like the scat master might come around every now and then because we have content to make, but the casuals, you're not getting them back no matter what the [__] You do go ahead and add Fortune's. Keep going ahead and getting Rebirth Island back; you're not bringing these people back. It's been 5 months, and your game has only gotten worse and worse and worse over time, and that's not to say this is a terrible game.

modern warfare 3 rant

Like I told you guys, this is probably the best game out of the last five, and even I'll admit it, there's times where I kind of enjoy myself playing ranked play. Does that mean I'm ever going to rank this in my top 10 Call of Duty games of all time? Absolutely not call of Duty has a lot of things they need to do differently.

If they want a solid player base throughout its entire life cycle, congratulations on getting all of your accolades at the beginning of the game, but tell me what you're so proud of 3 months after launch. 3 weeks after launch, how about that? Because we've seen you guys talk about it all the time, it's the best-selling card of all time, and you got the most downloads.

We got the highest retention. How come they don't talk about that three weeks after the game's launch? It's always the first week, and then they stop talking. You know why? Because there's no other Accolade to come 3 weeks after once we get past season 1, there are zero acknowledgements to be made about this game ever the [__] again, and you know what to hold on to for those of you that are eventually going to complain.

modern warfare 3 season 2

For example, what does your complaining have to do with anything? They're not listening to you. You can complain all you want; it's not going to change anything. They're still making all this money. Congratulations on pointing out the obvious, but that's never the goal here, all right? My goal isn't to [__].

Get one up on Activision and overthrow them no matter what the [__]. I'm not Iron Man; I'm just the [__] scat master, all right. My goal has never changed. I'm not trying to influence the entire planet; I'm just trying to help people who know how to think, people who have the capacity to think, maybe look at things a little bit differently about these games nowadays, especially Call of Duty, because it's not just Cod; it's other games from other publishing companies, but Call of Duty is probably the easiest example.

How many people do you think there are within other franchises? who have been playing games under those franchises for years, probably feel the exact same [__]] that we feel here; they love the game, but over time something different happens. The business model is changing a little bit, the priorities are changing a little bit, and the quality of the games is dropping significantly.

It's no longer The Talk of the Town anymore; it's always getting overthrown by something better—something with less marketing, something with less production, something with fewer developers overall—where money isn't the only quota to meet but enjoyability. But what do I know? I'm just a scad master.

I guess I didn't even pay for this [__] game. That's totally fine. You can critique the SCAD master. I don't really care. I'm still getting paid at the end of the day. I'm [__] laughing. All I'm telling you is that this is the game that so many of you are overhyping. It's not performing the way that you think it is, but that's going to do it for me today, guys.

I'm curious to know what you guys think about this. And yeah, guys, it's been the boy foly. Have yourselves a good one. I'm out of here.
