News - Warzone 2 Easy Ghoulie Camo Unlock And Fast Souls Collection
Intro
Searching on YouTube, you'll find many articles already claiming which mode is the fastest way of farming souls so that you can quickly redeem the rewards for the Haunting event. One of the hottest topics since the start of the haunting event has been how to quickly farm souls in preparation for the October 24th release of the Gly Camo reward.
As many predicted, the C costs 1, 000 souls, which is not an easy test to achieve and requires a bit of a grind. I dropped into several game modes to see what the max limit of souls per game is in each of them and which game modes allow you to quit the game without losing the collector souls so that you can save time.
I also took into consideration all the different play styles that different players may have. I would not recommend multiplayer as an option as it has the lowest amount of Max Souls per game at 18, and you have to complete the match for the souls to count; if you leave the match, the souls you collected will not count.
I've seen others suggest DMZ to quickly farm souls, but I think that it may not be the fastest or most practical, but all include it as some of you might choose this route in DMZ. You can drop in and simply find an area with a ton of AI and eliminate them to get souls, and then abandon the game once you reach the maximum amount of 25 souls.
So that you don't have to play the entire length of the game or worry about making it to an axeville.
The map
Vond is probably a better map for this strategy since it is smaller and there are many areas with a ton of AIS that you can choose from to quickly get AI eliminations. The market Toi is usually full of AIS, and it is located in the middle of the map, so if you get there quickly, you'll likely not find any other teams for a while if you feel more comfortable in Al Mazra.
This strategy can also be done there; just look for areas with large amounts of AIS and eliminate them. Sure, it can be quick, but if you leave the game, you will lose all your gear. So for this strategy, you want to drop in with an ungeared operator in order to not lose any valuable gear, but this might make things a bit more difficult for some players, even if you equip a weapon from your contraband stash that you don't mind losing, although this may seem like the easiest possible way to farm souls.
It is also based on locks. Let me explain, each game mode offers a set amount of Soul per game and they're randomly distributed throughout the map so finding a large amount of AIS to eliminate does not necessarily mean that each AI will drop a soul or that you will get the max amount just finding one group of AIS in one location, you might have to travel to other locations, thus increasing the length of time it takes to get Max souls and increasing the chance of running into other teams that you might have to fight if you're an aggressive player that likes to eliminate opponents, the best option for you is lock down you can drop into a game eliminate other players which drop at least three Souls each and quickly max out the 25 Souls per game with only around eight eliminations.
In this mode, you can quit the game once you max out the souls without losing them. I hope you're enjoying it. All these free actions help the channel grow, and I truly appreciate the support.
Timeline
And now the method to farm souls is by entering into AFK lobbies. This method is slow since you have to let a full game of BR play out, and then when the next game of Auto starts, you hopefully end up in an AFK lobby. I usually drop in a solo BR match to enter an AFK lobby, which seems to be the most consistent way.
Once you're in an AFK lobby, you can just wait in the airplane until the end of the path. When everyone still on board gets out of drop-in AFK Lobbies, you need to watch out for other players using this strategy, either to boost their KD or to collect souls, so keep your eyes open for players charging the AFK drop location and make sure to eliminate them first.
Once you have eliminated the active players, you can eliminate them. All the AFK players which is usually a decent amount and you should be able to pick up enough souls to reach a Max of 30 Souls per game if you're more of a sneaking around a looting type player then I think that you will find it much easier to collect souls in the zombie Royale mode since you can Splat to the ground at the beginning of the game and then respawn, as a zombie and land deep into the gas so that you can loot for a gold or orange crates to get the 25 souls to Max them out each game this method might seem slower as it is based on the luck of finding orange or gold crates which are the only ones that will give you Souls but it is the most effective if you pick a spot on the map with lots of buildings and not many other zombies looting, overall this is the least risky method you can save time by not looting blue containers.
Since those will not give you souls in Alm Masra, you can drop to Z Observatory and enter the underground bunker. This location has a ton of orange crates, and if you can get there quickly , you should be able to get the maximum amount of souls.
Safe locations
This is a well-known area, so you will find other players or zombies there overall. After testing all the modes, the best mode is what fits your play style. If you're an aggressive player, go to lockdown.
If you're a DM Z player and feel comfortable, there are DM Z players. If you like to just loot to find the souls, go to Zombie Royale. If you just want super-easy kills, try the AFK method. All methods will take around 3 hours to collect 1, 000 souls, so it is up to you which one to use. Is there a way to speed things up?
yes you can use the M4 blueprint soul harvester to get a little higher drop rate of souls but the best option if you purchase the Paranormal Investigator bundle is to use the ghost Striker gun screen that comes with it to retrieve Souls faster you can equip the gun screen on any gun of your choice so that you can use the weapon that you're most comfortable with also it will allow you to play at longer ranges whether you choose to eliminate players or AI since the gun screen will collect the souls automatically, for you without having to go recre them yourself allowing you to focus on more targets instead of running around to pick up Souls, when you finally collect 1, 000 Souls you can unlock the ghouly camo.
So is it worth grinding to get the ghouly camo? Yes, this is probably the best animated camo you can get for free, with a much quicker and shorter grind than the Mastery Orion camo. Also, this camo is only available until the end of the Haunting event; then it will be gone for good and you'll not be able to unlock it.
