First up, at this location, if you climb the crane, you can find a beat-up-looking plushy. The final Easter EG for today's article can be kind of tricky to do.
First, you'll need to kill a lot of zombies in the hope that they drop a chunk of flesh. The rate at which these chunks are dropped is random, but you only need a couple of pieces, so it shouldn't take too long after you've grabbed the flesh to drive around until the dogghouse icon appears on the mini map.
The doghouses have no set spawn points, so just visit random points until one appears. Once you have found one, drop the chunks of flesh to get your own pet zombie dog. Now, to pass zombie modes using brain rot. Ammo would convince a zombie or a zombie dog to join you in battle, but doing it this way means that the dog is with you throughout the entire round, killing zombies and, more importantly, attracting attention.
