In this article, we're going to take a look at a whole heap of Modern Warfare 3 bundles that I was able to get a preview of recently during a capture event I was invited to at the Sledgehammer game studio in Melbourne. These bundles include a few Mastercraft weapons, heroic tier skins, and a bunch of really cool stuff, which we're going to check out in this article.
So to kick things off with a bang, we've got the Horsemen War bundle, which includes this heroic tee skin for operator Swagger, which is called Warhorse. This thing looks absolutely awesome and carries on the theme of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse bundles, if you remember those from the Vanguard Seasons.
Also included in this bundle is the Demonic Call blueprint for the Bass P battle rifle, and this thing comes with blood-fired traces and blood-fired dismemberment, which you can get a look at in the preview article. The dismemberment for this looks brutal, as you can see the like burn up into ash and bones.
Another bundle that we've got is the nto one, which has this skin called Nocturn for operator Riptide, which has mad Splinter Cell Vibes to it. This one also comes with a blueprint for the corit called Night Slicer, which is pretty cool with its neon green accents, and following in that same style, there's this blueprint called infrared infiltrator for the striker submachine gun.
Another bundle that we've got is called painted alra. The theme for this one is brightly colored Mexican folkart, which is pretty interesting it's got this skin called alra for Operator by line which is super colorful and she has the giant Wings on her back which look kind of cool I guess but it might make you stand out like dogs balls in game, this bundle also comes with a blueprint for the cat AMR called unnatural Predator with the same sort of theme to it as the skin and we've also got the Razor Wi blueprint for the new Ram 7 assault rifle.
Moving on, we've got the beach-booming bundle, which has some pretty sweet blueprints in it. It also has this really cool skin called the wet suit, which is like a neon scuba suit. For the blueprints on this one, we've got the glowing blueprint for the XRK stalker, which is the new season 1 sniper rifle, which is completely blacked out with pink and blue.
Neons, I actually managed to get my hands on this one during my time playing, and it looks absolutely wicked. I'm expecting the neon filament blueprint for the MTZ 556 to look just as good in game, as you can see in the preview of it right here. It follows the exact same style as that other gun, with it being completely blacked out with the blue and pink neon accents.
Next, we've got the midnight run bundle, which has this skin in it that a lot of people were thinking was going to be a part of the black cell for season 1, but it's actually a part of this bundle. The skin itself is called broker for operator Bantam, and this bundle also comes with a couple of different blueprints.
We've got the bad and barraq one for the striker, SMG, And the elite blueprint for the MCW is the battle rifle, both of which come with golden tracers. Next is the paint Stinger bundle, which is tagged with zombies, and this is kind of interesting, so it comes with this skin for Pathfinder called Painter, which is kind of cool, and it also comes with this blueprint for the Amr9, called Sweet and Tear, which is pretty standard, and also another blueprint for the KVD enforcer called Graphic Side.
Where it gets interesting is that this bundle includes two rare ether tool acquisitions for zombies, so unlike what we saw with DMZ or even Cold War zombies in the past, this doesn't come with a permanent effect in the game. It comes with two items that are completely gone once you use them, and the items themselves are pretty average.
It's not that hard to find rear-eer tools and zombies, so make that what you will personally. I'm not really that impressed. Another bundle that we've got is called Metamere, and this one comes with a skin called Coers, which looks like it's straight out of infinite warfare. Maybe this is actually a skin or some sort of throwback to infinite warfare.
I didn't get a chance to look at the blueprints in this bundle, just the skin, but from the previews of the blueprints, they do look pretty basic. We've also got the hunting season bundle, which comes with the Buck Hunter skin for operator barbecue. This one's pretty cool; he's got like a giant deer hit on his back, and this one also comes with the all-prey blueprint for the Sidewinder battle rifle.
Next is the scare wear bundle, which includes the Komodo skin for the operator barbecue. The skin's pretty cool-looking, and the bundle also comes with the wakeup cool blueprint for the DG58, LM, and the insomnia blueprint for the MCW Marksman rifle. Another pretty cool bundle is the Aries one, which has a Roman theme to it.
This one has the Roman Elite skin again for operator barbecue, which, to be honest, kind of looks a little bit similar to the Nick MKS bundle from MDUB 2. This one also comes with the Shield Smash blueprint for the DG58. The light machine gun has a pretty nice-looking marble finish on it, and we've got the wooden steel blueprint for the DG58 assault rifle as well.
For the milsum fans out there, there's the null and void bundle, which comes with two skins: one is for operator jabber, which is called Shadow Operator, and the other is called monochrome, which is for operator barbecue. Also included in this null and void bundle is the spectral state blueprint for the MCW, and the Ghostly Visage blueprint is also for the MCW, which looks to be pretty much the same thing just with inverted colors.
There was a pretty simple-looking blueprint bundle called Obsidian, which has the incinerator blueprint for the Rival 9s SMG. This thing's pretty cool; it has the natural obsidian-looking coloring on it, but to be honest, this kind of just reminds me of Powershell. There were two free gift bundles that I spotted in the store; one of these was for a calling card that was named triggered, and the other free gift bundle was for a weapon sticker that was called ferocious.
Now it's already been announced in the season 1 blog post that we'll be getting a bundle around the start of season 1 called Santa. No, and this has a zombie Santa Ultra skin, but another Christmas bundle that I got a very small preview of in the menus was one called Painer. You can see it right here.
It looks like a skin for a bobblehead-looking reindeer, which is kind of hard. To finish things off, just as we started, we've got a bundle that has an anime Mastercraft blueprint in it. This bundle is called Athetic Entropy, and it comes with a Cybercat skin for Operator Jet, which is pretty cool.
