In this article, I want to go over everything coming in Season 1 Reloaded Update, the mid-season update for Modern Warfare 3 and War Zone. This is quite a late update in the season, to be honest. It is going to start on January 17th, just a couple weeks before season 2 is set to begin on January 31st.
The new zombies and multiplayer mode hybrid
Now, not in the season 1 update itself, but as you know, next week we're going to be seeing a brand new Vortex game mode. It's a limited-time mode that's going to be in multiplayer, but it's essentially a zombie mode where one player will have a ray gun that will instantly kill other players.
It's kind of like A1 in the chamber; whoever eliminates the operator with the ray gun becomes the new owner of this powerful and otherworldly weapon. pistol A fun party game mode is nothing too serious; there is going to be an exclusive magma animated camo that's going to be coming as well for completing challenges within this mode, which I'm sure a lot of people will be trying to grind out, and it's got three unique zombified maps for this that look amazing, and I hope that they can be reused or reutilized inside of a round-based or on-slaughter experience.
Since I doubt they would have put all this effort into making these beautiful, themed maps just for this limited time mode, maybe it'll be used within a future Easter egg that we teleport to or something like that, but regardless of that fact, this is separate to the season one reloaded update, which is what I want to specifically talk about, and before I go over all of that amazing content.

2 new multiplayer maps & modes coming
With all that being said, let's go over everything that's coming for season one reloaded in Modern Warfare 3. So there is going to be a brand new 6v6 multiplayer map, which is called Rio, taking the bright colors, tight quarters, and elegant streets in a fight through an upscale shopping center.
Of course, Rio, if it's going to be a returning one or if it's going to be a brand new gunfight, a 2v2 map is coming as well. We're not sure what that will be—if it's going to be a returning one or if it's going to be a brand new one. Many new game modes are coming too; we've already had infected with the Christmas update, and we're also going to get Team Gunfights, all for nothing, and also headquarters.
Underwhelming mw3 zombies update
Of course all of nothing released very early but had a lot of issues when it was released so it's going to be pushed back and it will released with season 1 reloaded instead we're not sure if all of these will drop with season 1 reloaded maybe they'll drop one even a bit earlier or slightly after in the playlist later in the week now in terms of zombies, unfortunately it doesn't seem like much is coming within season when we loaded of course we're still waiting for further announcements so it's possible that not just for zombies but many more other things are going to be announced but right now all we know is that there's going to be a new warlord boss called doabe, which is going to have a UAV that I can use and it will also attack you with drones like the Swarm kill streak in multiplayer, we're not sure where on the map it will spawn or anything like that as well of course it's the same as the operator, now there's been many more things found in the files of the game such as an xville streak and so much more coming in the future for zombies so most of this is probably season 2 and Beyond.
