Hub 3 One-Shot snipers are pretty much the only three sniper rifles that can one-shot right now. Maximum bull velocity builds with explosive rounds, but there is also a quick-adjust one for the people that like to snipe Close Quarter. It works, man. Give it a try, but you've got to get used to that insane minus bullet velocity now as a little bonus at the end of the STB556.
