In the quick recoil test at this 20 M Mark, you can see that the ISO 9mm is very easy to use. Switching over to the WSP Swarm now, as you can see, makes it a lot more difficult to land your shots at that distance. You will be able to get the kills if you control the recoil of the gun, and obviously you can make a bit more of a recoil control build if you really want to as well; that will help, of course, but really, like I said, you should be using these guns up to Blank Range, so that is the main focus with these, so when it comes down to which one is the best gun out of these two, in my personal opinion.
I would take the slight hit on movement and go with the ISO 9 mm. Better In terms of TTK and range, that is why I would choose this gun. However, like I said, a lot of people haven't actually unlocked this gun, so it's going to be a tough one to actually get your hands on in the first place, but if you do have it.
I think the ISO 9 m is a slightly better option than the Swarm right now. Both guns are absolutely fantastic, and if you do want the best TTK when it comes to close-range SMGs, hands down, these are two of the greatest guns in the game.
