News - Call Of Duty Cod Warzone 2. 0 Error Message "a Player That Your Platform Denies" Fix Xbox Ps4 5 Pc
You know, I think that what goes around comes around at least sometimes, although the amount of hacking and exploiting that's going on in this game alone makes me think otherwise. You know, twice already, I tried to x-fill from the DMZ, and I have a bunch of people camping. I'm not saying that they can't do it; I'm not saying that they're cheating, but they definitely are exploiting, and they definitely are Yeah.
I'm going to save those comments, but anyway, let's deploy. We're going to just hit confirm. We're going to just hit confirm. We're just going to make a match so that you can see the issue that we're having. So look at that nice Mountain Dew skin. So there is a player that your platform denies permission to play with who has joined the game.
Would you like to exit? So we're going to hit "no," but then we hit it again and again. five, six, and seven. It's getting very frustrating, and really, the developers had all this time to go in there and fix things. So the one solution is that we're just going to deploy again. We do not have a article capture device, so now we're in the countdown of 654 seconds, so yeah, we do not have a article capture device.
We're going old school. We're going cheap here. I am part Scottish, yeah, so as you can see, we didn't click on "yes" or "no." We just left the message alone. Mind you, you can't see what else is going on in the background, but that is what I've found to be at least the easiest but kind of still annoying solution to all this.
It doesn't kick you out of the game; it still allows you to bring your friends in and allows you to make matches, kind of as usual with an annoying message that's up on the screen. I have had that message pop up at this point too, and I've even had it pop up at this point. At that point, you can click "no" to get out of that.
shout out to propane64 and orgasm, two of the best plunder players that you can find since they play on PC. I've got a fellow Canadian buddy that plays on PlayStation 4. A shout-out goes to Sticky 2020, probably the best Canadian plunder player that's on right now. I just typed in "cross," so we're getting crosshair bobbing and crosshairs as a result.
There is no crossplay to enable or disable that I can find. So that's a little bit frustrating. But, you know, it's not really that feasible because I only play with probably three or four of my friends that are actually on Xbox like myself. I have some that are on PlayStation, and I have the majority that are on PC, so even turning that feature off for me would not make any sense.
And just one other thing I'd like to point out is that I got 142 of 200 blocked players. Activision, you need to get on this and you need to get these players removed from the game, period. You know, I didn't block these players because they were better than me; I blocked them because they were clearly hacking, and so did the rest of my team, but that's another story.
So the last thing that I wanted to show you, boys and girls, was that this issue has been well known for some time. If you do a quick search on the internet and you hit this Reddit page, for instance, this is just one example from 16 days ago. 13 days ago, 16 days ago, 15 days ago, and 11 days ago, so this has been going on for longer than the game's been out.
The game was released on November 16th, and today is November 20th, so four or five days after it's been released, here we are still dealing with the same stuff. I don't want to beat a dead horse here, but the developers have had multiple private beta testing sessions with people whose job it is to be "bug fixers." All they do is find bugs, and they send the games out to celebrities early and send them out to streamers early.
You know they've had all kinds of time to private test, and then they go out there and do public testing for. I think, a month, maybe even two months, because I had buddies of mine that were playing Modern Warfare 2 and doing all the bug testing because they had bought the game and gotten Early Access, so they were doing all the bug testing, and again, you know these issues exist, and I don't think in this case that they're specific to Xbox.
I will say that again: the developers are concentrating on PC users because a lot of the PC users do not cross-play with console users. A lot of the PC users are top players, and they're just playing amongst other PC users, so, you know, again, I would say that the developers are kind of ignoring Xbox and Playstation users.
Again, we've done multiple articles of this in the past where they just clearly don't care because there's the majority of the players—you know, more than half are playing on PC, but the other less than half is playing on consoles, you know, so there's 30 or so million that are playing on Playstation.
I think there are almost 30 million people playing on Xbox, and you're basically ostracizing these ones because you're not fixing the issues, and we can prove that with Raven Software's own Trello board. So you can go through this page to your heart's content, but if we scroll over to all the issues that they've been dealing with, they've got two issues that are game-wide.
Not one of them is about this cross-play issue or what we're thinking is a cross-play issue. Battle Royale issues do not exist, but there are DMZ issues. It's not like there are issues resolved. Well, they've completed three so far, which I guess is good. But they haven't even acknowledged that there's an issue with this cross-play error message that we're getting, and it looks like they have no intentions on fixing it now.
I will say that when we did some of this stuff in the past and we did a couple of YouTube articles on the gold flake error that we were getting for Xbox users and not being able to play unless you had Xbox Live gold, as soon as we posted those articles, we got a lot of attention. I think we got 70,774 views on the one article, and boom like that, up on the Trello board comes this error message saying that they've been working on it for three weeks and that they're going to fix it, but meanwhile, we have proven in that article that the developers were never working on it; they just tried to slide in a fix or say that they were working on effects when in fact they weren't.
Sorry to drag this out. I'm trying to give you guys and girls all the information that you need to know, but basically. I think if we can turn off cross-play, the error message is going to disappear and it's going to fix the issue, but then the next issue is going to be that you can't play with people that are on another platform than what you're using, whether it be Xbox.
