In this article, we're going to take a look at over 100 free rewards that can be unlocked during season 1, and all of these rewards can be used in Modern Warfare 3 and War Zone, so to kick things off from the battle pass There are 16 free items that you can get if you have not purchased any version of it, so if that's you and you haven't purchased the regular or the black sty version, then you can still actually level it up the same way as if you have, so just play the game, earn tokens, spend them on opening up different sectors, and within certain sectors there'll be stuff that you'll unlock for free, so there's the malet time weapon charm in sector A1.
There's the Deadly Bloom emblem in Sector A2, and there's the flammable Fury KV inhibitor sniper rifle in Sector A3. A 30-minute Double XP token in A5, the armed and dangerous weapon charm in A6, and the bend and snap finishing move in A8. The shroom boom weapon sticker is an A9; the Desert Warfare calling card is an A10; there's actually 100 Cod points that you can unlock for free in A1, and there's also another 100 Cod points to unlock in A13.
There's a 30-minute double XP token in Sector A15. There are two epic ether tools for zombies and Sector A16. There's the dealbreaker Lockwood 800 blueprint in Sector A17. The Ground Zero loading screen is in Sector A18; the Grin and Grim animated emblem is in Sector A19; and there's also another 100 Cod points to unlock for free in Sector A20.
Now with season 1, we've had our first lot of prestige levels added to the game, and if you can reach level 250 or Prestige 4 during the season, then you're going to unlock this blueprint for the MTZ 556 assault rifle, and this is called venomous. Within War Zone now, you can actually unlock a free XP token, and this will only take you a couple of minutes to do.
If you press Start when you're in the War Zone menu and then go to Tutorial, you can actually quickly watch a couple of short clips about how the game works, and once you've watched all five, you'll unlock a 1-hour Double XP token. To be honest, we're only one day into the season, and I haven't really played a lot of War Zone yet, so I'm unsure if, like last year, there were rewards for completing a stronghold or a black site and stuff like that.
Within zombies, though, all of the reward wards that were available to earn through the Act 1. Act 2, and Act 3 missions are still available to earn right now, and there are also a couple of new permanent unlocks that you can get, so for completing the Act 4 story mission that was added, you'll unlock the so many teeth weapon charm.
And for completing the mini Easter egg to open the dark ether portal, and then heading into that portal and completing three contracts in one game, you'll actually unlock this dark ether-looking blueprint for the NCW, assult assault rifle, and this blueprint is called Geode. In my short visit to the sledgehammer game studio in Melbourne last week for a capture event.
I was actually able to check out the store, and within it I spotted two free gift packs that we should be getting during the season, so one of them includes this weapon sticker, which is called ferocious, and the other one is for this calling card, which is called triggered, so definitely keep an eye out in the store for those two gift packs as well as any others that we might be getting.
Speaking of free bundles, there is actually a free bundle that you can get through Prime Gaming at the moment. This is an old MDUB 2 bundle, but with the carry-forward feature this year, it means that all of the loot in this bundle will be usable in both MDB 3 and War Zone. So that bundle is the Sherbet Rush one, and it comes with the following items: the Sugar High Lochman sub-SMG blueprint and the Head Rush Castto 545 assault rifle blueprint.
The BM weapon, Chum, is killed by the shet loading screen and the melting animated emblem. If you're already a member of Prime Gaming and you haven't done so, you can head to the Prime Gaming website, log in, and claim your bundle right now, and it should show up for you the next time you boot up the game.
If you're not a member of Prime Gaming, then what you can do is start a free trial, then claim the bundle on the Prime website, and after you've received it in game, you can then just cancel your trial, effectively getting it for free. Now with season 1, there are a whole heap of viewership rewards that you can unlock.
The majority of these are available to unlock right now, but some of them won't be available until next month. So on Twitch right now, there are two different sets of rewards that you can unlock just by watching a streamer who has these twitch drops enabled. One set of these rewards is for watching someone with twitch drops enabled in the Modern Warfare 3 category, and for this, you'll unlock the ward drone weapon charm after watching someone for 2 hours, the emerald bot weapon decal after 4 hours, and the different weapon blueprint for the hogar assault rifle after 6 hours.
The second lot of Twitch drops are for watching someone with drops enabled in the war zone category, so for this, you can unlock in the zone what looks to be an emblem after 30 minutes, either loading screen or calling card. I'm not too sure which, but you need to watch for an hour to get this one.
There's the Save the Controller weapon charm, after watching for an hour and 30 minutes, the powerful player emblem, and after 2 hours, the game lover reward, which is either going to be a loading screen or a calling card after 2 and 1/2 hours. The faing knifey weapon Chum after watching for 3 hours, the perfect life.
I think, loading screen after 3 and 1/2 hours, the Mean Mug weapon charm after 4 hours, and the enhanced vision. I think, weapon decal, after 4 and 1/2 hours. So before you start watching, in order to claim these rewards, you first need to make sure that your Activision account is linked with Twitch.
When you then go to watch someone, after doing that, you'll know that they have these drops enabled because you'll get this popup above the chat, and then once you've watched for long enough, you'll need to actually claim the items from your Twitch inventory. After doing that, your rewards should show up in the game after you reboot, but if not, then get in touch with Activision Support.
As well as well as the drops for twitch there are also drops for YouTube as well but these ones are specifically for the Call of Duty League who is exclusively live streaming on YouTube this year so starting as soon as tomorrow there are rewards that you can unlock from watching live streams on the CDL YouTube channel, similar to Twitch you need to make sure that your Activision account is linked with YouTube in your settings and then it's just a matter of watching for the right amount of time on the right days to unlock the rewards.
