News - You Will Love Sniping Again. I Promise. The Best Sniper Warzone 2. 0. Best Spx Class
Welcome back, everyone, to another War Zone 2 article. In today's article, we're talking about something very special and very near and dear to my heart. For weeks, I had thought sniping was dead. I didn't touch the gun. I knew you couldn't one-shot a headshot all the way back in Call of Duty Next.
And I was afraid when we got into War Zone Two that all the sniper days were going to be completely behind us. But with this build, I promise you, you are going to fall in love with sniping again. Okay, let's talk about why people don't like sniping or maybe haven't tried sniping. First off, most of the sniper builds are really sluggish; it takes a really long time to get you to know how to aim down the sight.
The sights are pretty ugly and really swaying, and most importantly, you can't one-shot headshot if someone has full plates, so you might be thinking, "Well, what's the purpose of me sniping if I can't get my one-shot headshot kills?" But trust me, as you can see from the clips in the background, it is not as common as you think to have someone fully plated and at full health because snipers only do 249 damage with a headshot, which means if you have full plates, which is 150, and full health, which is 100, you have 250 base health, so if you have full health, which is 100, you have 250, so if you have if you have if you have if you have a headshot, and for me personally.
I like that change. I don't like to be running around the map fully kitted up and ready to go, and then, boom, my game is over. But you'll see in today's gameplay that it's actually going to be a hypercut of me just dropping non-stop, like this is my favorite gun to use right now inside of War Zone because I'm having so much fun sniping.
You'll see it's not that uncommon, whether they take a tick of gas damage or a tick of fall damage, they don't have a three-plate defense, or they're getting third-party I'm constantly getting one-shot headshots, and this gun is snappier than ever. I am in love with sniping again, and it is with this gun right here, the SPX.
Let's go ahead and take a look at it inside the firing range and see what we're talking about. Okay, I tried some of the other guns, like the McPR. I know a lot of people rock that because it's got great bullet velocity and long range, but this one, I promise you, I mean just look at the same downside.
I feel like I'm rocking the car 98 again, and, as you'll see in today's gameplay, even when I do, you know, maybe I headshot someone and they get a purple plate crack, right because they have, you know, 250 health. The follow-up shots on this are so fast; like, listen to the fire rate. By the time they get hit with that first shot, they are recognized, and then they start to move.
It's so easy to just hit the next follow-up shot that you're not going to have any issue hitting multiple follow-up shots. I'm telling you boys, this gun has me falling in love with sniping again, so let's talk about the builds real quick. We've got the high-velocity ammunition tuned for damage-range bullet velocity.
Don't worry about it. I'm going to show you a screenshot here in a moment with all of this compiled into one so you can get it done in one screenshot. You guys appreciate that. Make sure you're subbed if you're screenshotting, and make sure you're subbed. We got the lager. Match grip that helps out with the aim down sight speed and also the Sprint to fire that we've tuned for maximum aim down sight speed, and then just a little bit for the aiming idle stability, we have the DMR Precision stock for maximum aim down sight speed and also more aiming idle stability.
Ideally, I don't want to have to hold my breath, and I need it to be pretty stable. We have the Ole laser, which helps us out with aim down sight, and then I threw on my favorite scope, which is the TAC Delta IV. Now, it's only a 5.5-times magnification scope, and I've tuned it from or far for a little bit faster aim down sight speed, but because of this scope, because we're not rocking the full scope, we have a small sniper scope, which is smaller than the normal one but significantly faster aim down.
Down's height speed and aim walking movement speed allow me to get this gun up and have it feel sluggish, which allows me to run around the map and do a little bit of quick scoping. Because of how fast I can aim down sight, are we now in the glory days of Modern Warfare car 98 Not quite, but it still feels pretty dang good, and I'm really, really enjoying sniping again.
As you're going to see in today's gameplay, it's just going to be a hypercut of multiple games with multiple wins via sniping. I promise you, boys. Give this a try. I would not gas it up if I thought it was trash sniping, but it is still very viable. I love that you can't get a one-shot headshot by a sniper, but for some reason you can get melee damage twice and still die.
But this conversation is for another day. A lot of things are way out of balance in this game. I think sniping is balanced the way it is, but it's more viable and a lot more enjoyable when you have a gun like this in your hands. So check it out; the gameplay will prove it. Peace, ladies and gentlemen.
One more thing: we are still doing the subathon over on Twitch, but now we are doing some insane giveaways to go along with it, so we've given away like half a dozen scuffed controllers. We've given away a lot of the new Digma keyboards that I use, and we've given away merch, but now we're giving away an Xbox One Series X, and we're giving away two Asus monitors.
We're giving away a PlayStation 5, and we're giving away a full custom PC.
