News - Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded Download & Early Gameplay Preview
I believe, in June, according to rumors right now, and then with that, we also know about the souped-up LTM. I believe it's going to be the exact same mode that we got in War Zone last year, but this time for multiplayer. There is already a gameplay snippet of what that mode looks like on a map like Scrapyard, so I think it's cool that multiplayer is getting more love than War Zone this time around for the boys collaboration.
But then again, it's always possible that temp V type LTM could make its return into battle royale or resurgence. Maybe even zombies. That would be cool if you could find the temp V abilities around chests in zombies as well. I would love to see some more love for other game modes apart from multiplayer, but if it's just MP, then so be it.
We still have a lot of cool content to look forward to when it comes to the boys, and we'll talk more about that as we get more marketing for that event in.
The most insane free skin coming
In the next couple of days, we also got a glimpse of the upcoming Champions Quest reward, which is actually probably one of the most badass free skins we have ever gotten in Call of Duty history, so this will, of course, be for completing Champions Quest on Ukhan.
It's unclear how much different the CQ will be on Ersan versus Aza. Of course, you have to get five wins in a row to get the contract, but in terms of what the elements are like and what the challenges are when you're doing the contract, that's unknown, and then upon completing Champions Quest, you get this operator skin and, of course, plenty of other rewards that have yet to be announced.
Now it was confirmed by Ted Timmons during Codex that there'll be a new ability to steal other squads Champions Quest contracts. If, for some reason, you kill them, you could just take the contract and do it for yourself. Even if you guys out there haven't done the five wins as a squad, go ahead and unlock the contract, so that's a cool new feature coming to War Zone. Aside from the cover Xville and weapon case, which I'm also really excited to cover.

But on the zombie front, like I mentioned before, we're either going to get a very small update for the mode, which I don't think is the worst deal in the world considering season 2 isn't that far away. On February 7th, I'd much rather have a strong start to the second season with zombies instead of trying to throw in as much as possible during Reloaded.
As of now, all we know about is the Doabe Warlord, which may or may not be tied to more Act 4 missions. It could just be a reskin to The Fortress we already have in the game, but voice lines for this warlord have already leaked out. Yes, some of the worst is already an operator via the battle pass for multiplayer War Zone, and if you want to bring her into zombies, but in regards to her boss, voice lines here go all drones working first, weapons free, it looks like they're giving up.

Weapon balancing & new armory unlock
I want to end this article by talking about weapons. Like I mentioned at the beginning, the download that just got added to the database may just be for weapon balancing; it might not be the actual midseason 1 content. If that is the case and it's not for the mid-season One update, then that update should be added to the database in the next couple of days, probably at the end of this week or maybe on Monday, a good day before the pre-o drops, but it was confirmed by Raven that weapon balancing is coming and it will address the MTZ Interceptor.
Before one reloaded. So that could be what that update was for, but then again, also remember that we have the HR M9. SMG that's going to be added via an armory unlock; it's kind of the first of its kind. We're not sure how that DLC weapon is going to be released; you have to just do one armory challenge; you have to do several; we have to wait and see what the actual.
Unlock requirements are for that weapon, and that's of course separate from the TAC evolve R lmg, which is going to be in the classified battle pass sector, but still, nonetheless, we're getting two more DLC weapons to close out season 1 here for Modern Warfare 3. It's been a pretty strong season in regards to content.
The game was left in a good place, like I said before, when developers went on vacation, and they spread out content very well. They ensured that we had a strong start to the season, some updates after that, and, of course, the cod Miss update followed by Vortex and now reloaded to keep us going until the beginning of season 2, so I think things were spread out very well, and I hope that all seasons are treated like this in terms of how content is distributed, but that is about it.
