News - Unlock The. Cryptid. Blueprint Fast/easy. All Challenges Walkthrough - Warzone 2 Cryptid Bootcamp Event
I know there's a few challenge events that have happened in Modern Warfare 3 where it says to you something very specific, and we're like, Wait, what's a black flashlight, and what do you know? It's a piece of gear or one of the perks, and people out there just seem to forget what some of those things are, but next up, get two operator kills with a shotgun or melee weapon in one life.
2 kills with shotguns or melee in one life
Obviously, the smaller the map, the easier. That's why I said we're lucky that we got stash sh with season 2 because you're probably going to see it very common in rotation in the hord hunt mode or if there is a small map playlist offered, while any of these events are active. But two kills in one life again are probably easier to do with a shotgun, especially if you're running a meta loadout with, let's say, a dragon's breath, but melee weapon if you're feeling up to it, maybe throw some smoke, or, you know, run the right perks and navigate your way around the environment and get two quick kills.
Get 75 kills with suppressors & ghost t/v
Before dying next up, get 75 operator kills with a suppressor equipped while using the ghost TV camo perk that'll reward you with an emblem. So 75 kills is a decent amount. I mean, for those out there that want to get this done hopefully in one game, I'd obviously recommend going for longer matches of dominance or hardpoint.
And you can argue that if it's a medium-sized map or if you're playing 10 vs. 10, you'll probably be able to get these kills done in a single game, depending on how many people are playing Obj. I mean, people out there tend to go to ground war or even the war mode for experiences that could allow you to get up to 100 kills in a single match if maybe you weren't lucky enough to go ahead and do that in Domination or Hardpoint, but yeah, obviously, the ghost TV camo perk is easy to find, as you could see here in my gameplay, and you can obviously use a suppressor on maybe one of the new meta weapons of season 2, which we also covered on detonated.
Destroy 25 streaks or more with stormender
Coming towards , the end destroys 20 enemy pieces of equipment or kills streaks with a storm. Ender weapon: that's, of course, a new launcher that was released in season 1's battle pass. It's actually a ton of fun to use, and it's fairly effective—not really against other people, but certainly against killstreaks or equipment.
This will reward you with a decal. And, to be honest with you, I know it can be difficult when looking for certain pieces of equipment in your environment. You could obviously run. I think it's the engineer vest and other perks that can help you spot equipment and get notifications when you're nearby.
I know you can do that, but you're always going to be seeing UAVs called in. You're always going to see certain kill streaks called in if you're especially playing a game mode that's object-focused. You're going to usually see a veto or a Hilo or something like that, so with that in mind, it should be no issue to destroy at least 20 pieces of something while using the storm.
Get 20 melee kills while in smoke
Ender, whether it's again a streak or a piece of equipment, lastly get 20 operator melee kills while in Smoke, and that'll reward you with an emblem, so without a doubt. I mean, it's common sense here. The smaller the map, the easier this will be. If you manage to get a bunch of people kind of bombarded with smoke in a certain area of the map, you could certainly make your way up to them and probably get two or three of those kills at once, or again, just take your time with it.
If you're playing on a bigger map, just make sure you throw the smoke in the right vicinity, and just make your way through that smoke and somehow melee that enemy as quick as you possibly can.
All zombie challenges for cryptid bootcamp
Now that was a bit of a gameplay walkthrough of these challenges in multiplayer. It's just PVE in zombies, so get 120 zombie kills with throwing knives and 10 special zombie critical kills with snipers, destroy three Harvester orbs, destroy 50 hellhounds with shotguns, and then get 100 zombie kills while using ether shroud, and also get 75 brain rock kills, followed by eliminating five big Bounty targets with mystery box weapons.
So those are obviously not that difficult to do either, but I would argue it's probably faster to get all these challenges done in multiplayer if you're not seasoned that well with Modern Warfare Zombies, if you're not decked out, or if you guys out there don't feel like having to extract in case you have to go into a different game to continue some challenges.
You're probably better off running these in quick, fast-paced multiplayer matches anyway, but hey. I'm glad that zombies are a supporter this time around for those out there that want to go ahead and just do these without worrying about other real players in their match.
Final mastery cryptid blueprint reward
It's excellent, but the reward you'll get by doing one set of these challenges, whether it's all in multiplayer or whether it's all in zombies, will indeed be the crypted-themed blueprint.
As a big reminder, the event does drop this coming Wednesday, in which I'll be doing it live on stream, doing open lobbies, helping you guys get stuff done, and then we'll go and check out anything else that does inevitably drop, but that is about it.
