Yeah, we have it, and this ain't Airsoft; this is the real deal; this is the 408 Shytac M200 intervention. 360-degree scope King I was never able to successfully do that; I got plenty of scope, but this beast is just that: an absolute beast of a gun, all 33 pounds of immaculate waste that it would do to somebody; I mean, it just annihilates, and here it is in comparison to the 50 BMG.
50 might be bigger, but that little sucker is flying in real life a lot further and a lot faster; it's incredible, and, like I said, if you're actually trying the 360 without a scope, you're not going to be able to. Standby, yeah, 360, no scope, definitely a miss, but whatever the M200 intervention chambered in 408 shytac, let's go ahead and take the bipod down and shoot this thing as intended, on the ground.
So now in the prone position, this thing right here should be pretty easy to shoot, even though it's easy to shoot standing. Let's just go ahead and take a couple of shots here and see how this thing feels. Good yeah, the M200 intervention (360, no scope) over here is an absolute beast. First of all, the recoil that you feel on this is actually really freaking light; you can definitely tell you're shooting a monstrous, round rifle.
I mean, it's nowhere near as big as a 50 BMG, don't get me wrong, but the 408 Scitec is legendary for maintaining supersonic speeds well beyond 2,900 yards. I mean, if you saw the round on this, it is a very sharp, long, pointy guy. Compare that again to the 50 BMG. We actually did a article on that not too long ago -- you'll see that its velocities are, well, a lot faster, but it also carries for much further that type of ballistic and that type of impact that you want on your target.
It's pretty impressive granted the 50 BMG has been around since like the late '20s or early '20s -- first produced in 1921 and still in common use today, especially among the military. It's very impressive, but the 408 SCI if you're looking for that accuracy, 3000 yards even up to 4000 yards, you have that.
