News - The Secret Ultra Mastery Warzone 2 (current State)
I don't think the Ultra Master is going to be a camo, but yes, the worst-case scenario is that season 2 drops and the only reward that's going to be there is going to be that Mastery charm that's in the code, which would be really disappointing because, one, this is one of the hardest grinds we've ever seen in COD, and two On top of that, the charm kind of suckered me into not showing it on screen because I didn't want to get DMCE-8.
Even though you were able to see this charm without hacking into the game, you were able to see it via a CDL private matchbook. I've seen the charm in the game; I've seen how it looks. You were able to load it up right when the game launched and view it on screen without hacking, unfortunately. It's a fairly small charm with just a lot of stuff going on; it's got like multiple weapons.
I think it has a shield on it, a knife on it, and it says weapon mastery. And the charms in this game just aren't that big, so you're not really going to see them, and there are just way better charms. In my opinion, this glowing egg charm is the best in the game, even though it doesn't glow on shipment.
This is one of the two maps it doesn't glow on, but this glowing egg charm glows, and DMZ in Warzone 2 glows on most of the maps in the game; you can see it at the beginning of the article. And you can see how ridiculous it is that this charm is a million times better than that, and this charm cost me like 12 bucks, so if I had to choose between grinding 51, 000 kills for all the weapons and getting a charm that you could barely even tell what it is compared to a glowing charm that costs 12 bucks.
I wish I had better news to tell you; I wish you knew that they talked about it in the blog post and we had more information on it however. I do think the 28 might be a good thing. I feel like part of the reason we're waiting is because they might be reworking it and making it something better than just a charm.
However, all we can do is speculate. That's the sucky part. Without any official information on the blog post, the only thing we can do about this Ultra Master reward is just speculate on what's going on with it. But, for me, I really hope if we've waited these two months for it to get fixed, it's not just going to be the charm, because that, to me, would be I feel like that gave a lot of people false hope.
I hope to go for it, and I'd be a little disappointed. I'm still going to get it regardless, but the reason I haven't been going crazy for it is because we got 20 weapons before the launch of season one, and since season one was a ridiculously long shot since season one's launched. I've got six more weapons.
I'm at 26 weapons; I got 20 in the preseason, and so far in season one. I have managed to get a total of 14, six, and keep in mind that season one's been going on for almost double the amount of time the preseason was. The preseason was like three or four weeks, and season one's been going on for multiple months, and I've managed to finish six, but that's not I don't know that's not a good indication of my progress because I've been working on weapons all over the place.
I've got a lot of weapons that are ready for the Orion Challenge. The main things I have left are the LMGs, the shotguns, and the akimbo pistols because, as you've seen in this article, these things are broken and these things are absolutely ridiculous. They come with so much ammo, and even at range, you shouldn't be able to use an akimbo, pistols, or even a semi at this range.
It shouldn't happen, and the fact that I was hitting shots on that guy is ridiculous. One thing that I did see that sounds super interesting, but keep in mind this isn't confirmed, so do not take it at face value, is that the devs were talking about how, you know, the idea of adding multiplayer and nuke rewards was something that was being considered in War Zone 2, where if you get a nuke you get like seven items, so there's a chance that could be happening for multiplayer.
Obviously, getting a nuke and an MP is way easier than getting a war zone nuke, so maybe each. Every time you get a nuke, you get one of the seven items, kind of like a weapon case; that would be really fun. I have yet to get a nuke in the multiplayer experience for Modern Warfare 2, but I guarantee you I will try until I get one if they add rewards for it.
I don't care what we've got to do well. Kimbo's epistle says that all day long we'll grind out and we'll get whatever those rewards are, so that'd be cool, but hopefully that's not the only thing they do. I really hope there is some sort of really cool reward for the ultra mastery, but you guys know I grind it, so even if it is just a charm, I guarantee you we will get it regardless.
I feel like I kind of shot myself in the foot by doing the best pistol first, so now as I start to work on these other pistols, yeah, they're definitely nowhere near as good. The akimbo pistols in the game are strong, don't get me wrong. This is a good weapon, but you can pair it with the one I was just using, Imma, Have a lot less fun.
I should have done the bad ones first and worked my way up to the ridiculously good one. There we go, a little bit of Damascus tracers—how far can we go? Yeah, the worst part about the other Kimbo pistols is just the lack of ammo. I got used to having two 50-round magazines on each pistol, and now I've got 12 bullets.
With the other ones, you can pretty much just spam until you hit something, just non-stop pulling the triggers, and eventually you'll get multi-kills. There we go, well, I couldn't see it because I got flashed, but before I got flashed, we just got 200 kills of the platinum camo, meaning yay, we have 700 more kills to get with these.
Why did I just spawn with the enemies? Why did I just spawn with the enemy teammate? please The P90 is another weapon I plan on getting fully done before the season two update because I think this is going to get nerfed as well. I've seen a lot of people liking this gun. There we go, the weapon.
Okay, well, it popped up so quickly, which is one thing I hate about shipments, but there it is, we're done, and that is weapon number 27. We are completely done with the X12 akimbos, which is kind of sad because, you know. I kind of got used to them, but we have other weapons to do, so goodbye, and I guess we'll move on back to this weapon now, yay.
Do you think it's still going to be a charm when it gets fixed? Or do you think that, even though it's taken two months and it's been kind of quiet—you know they haven't talked about it—when it does get fixed, it's still going to be a charm, or do you think there's a reason it's. It's taken this long that they're kind of working on making something that makes it, you know, worthwhile, or is it just because it's not been a priority?
They're working on other stuff instead; they could really care less if the charm works or not, and they'll get to it when they get to it. I really hope it's the former and not the latter because, I don't know, that would be kind of sucking up two months for a charm, and I'm curious, are you guys going for the ultra mastery?
