News - The Huge Warzone 2 Zombies Season 2 Update Was Just Revealed. New Map, Walking Dead Event & More
Is that fun? I mean, it still would be cool to play on a different map; it's going to be fun to do that for sure, but the replayability and value of that might not be as great as if you had completely new contracts to complete. There are new missions to do on Fortunes Keep, and it's only available on fortunes keep the one that we talked about is an outbreak holdout Mission coming to MW3 zombies that got leaked out so, theoretically if that was only available on fortunes keep that would give people a reason to play that map because it's like I could only do this contract on this map and from completing this contract I can only get this you know rare reward so I'm going to play Fortune keep to get that reward if it's the same rewards.
Across both maps with the same contracts and the same missions, is there really an incentive to play the new map?
The walking dead event ltms for warzone, multiplayer & zombies
Now for the Walking Dead crossover, as well, how else could they change zombies to make it a bit interesting? Now for War Zone, we talked about it. Just adding zombies to War Zone is enough for a Walking Dead LTM for multiplayer. Of course, we talked about Hord Point returning, which is zombies in multiplayer.
We got some leaked images of Hotel Horo, so that's all returning there; it should be the same thing that was back from Cod. World War II is pretty fun overall, but that's good enough for The Walking Dead, right? But for zombies, here there's already zombies in the mode, so for an LTM. How could you make it a Walking Dead theme while not just having zombies?
Do you have a specific Walking Dead-type zombie—a new boss zombie—that is maybe themed around something you saw in The Walking Dead? Is there a new contract that is an LTM contract? It's only available during the Walking Dead event; I don't know for sure, and hopefully they do something because they could easily just add fortunes and keep them, and that's it. The Walking Dead event stuff is just for MP and War Zone; they could easily do that, or they just have some challenges in Zombies to where okay, you complete some contracts, get some zombie kills, whatever, and then you progress towards a reward, but that's pretty much it; nothing else in Zombies is different; they could easily do that, but hopefully they do something interesting to where you play Zombies; you have a fun LTM to do so zombie players feel a part of the event a bit more than they do, so that's that there now for.

The overall event, again, we don't know if it's going to be an XP progression event or a challenge event at all, but we do know we're getting a mastery reward, the barbed, wire, and event camo, which honestly is just okay; it's not, you know. Crazy Event Camo So based on how this looks here, this seems like a smaller type of event.
Now, it's not like they're not going to do anything else crazy in War Zone MP or zombies, but in terms of the event rewards and challenges, nothing too spectacular, some cosmetics, some calling cards I mean pretty much what we're seeing with all the events in the game right now—the boys event and stuff we saw previously.
It's cool; nothing too crazy; nothing too sought after; it is what it is there. It's still cool to have some type of event and free reward camo to grind for in the game, but overall, that's here for this article. Of course, Fortune's key has not been confirmed to be added to zombies, but there's teasing it heavily here for this article.
