If zombies are your thing. I mean, zombies could be a pain for certain players or just aren't everyone's cup of tea, hence why it's probably faster to get some of these done in MP, but across the board. I'd say the entire event is easiest to do while playing War Zone. That's just my opinion, but if you guys do own MW3, then maybe you guys take advantage and do different challenges in different game modes because you do have that choice here with the blaze up challenge event.
100 golden cheetah camo?
Now something unexpected also got revealed earlier today: a $100 Camo. Remember a few months ago if you bought a sling bag from the Call of Duty online shop, you would end up getting a royalty Tiger Camo, which was pretty expensive, and I think it is still sold out on the site, so that camo has become one of the rarest ones in COD history.
There's another offer just like that does require you to go ahead and spend at least $100 in the Cod online shop, starting today and lasting another couple of weeks. If you do that in this time frame, then you'll go ahead and receive a code for the brand new golden cheetah camo. It's something extraordinary, and people out there have pointed out that both the royalty Tiger Camo and now this golden cheetah one are kind of derived from World War II; they're very, very similar, not a one-to-one copy paste but very similar-looking camos, so for those out there that have an itch to go and collect everything inside of Call of Duty You'll probably end up picking this one up or finding a code for one that's probably going to be overpriced on eBay or something, but yeah, this is going to be an offer for the next two weeks or whatnot; it's something that's a little bit more accessible than the royalty tiger one from that sling bag that got sold out. This just requires you to spend $100 on any piece of merchandise in the Cod online shop, but I definitely didn't expect that whatsoever.
Surprise daily login rewards!
I know War Zone Mobile just had a good set as of recently, but it's like every other season or whatnot, we end up seeing new daily login reward WS added into the game.
They're definitely kicking off the 420 celebration with a bit of a bang, and we're going to circle back to the bundles later on in this article for those interested.
High trip & parkour map delay
But there's also something that we all noticed today, so the high trip Resurgence mode was supposed to go live along with blaze up considering there are challenges tied to that LTM, which we just can't do as we already talked about, but if you go over into the event tab from the multiplayer menu, it would allow you to actually hit square or X on your controller depending on what input you use, and it would display this menu saying get high, and that's actually not the Resurgence LTM that we're waiting on; it's instead a parkour experience for MW3, multiplayer.
It looks to be a new type of limited-time experience. That, I'm going to guess, is going to also drop tomorrow with the Resurgence mode. If it doesn't, I will keep you guys updated, but gameplay did leak out of what this parkour experience is like. It looks like a ton of fun and something just completely random, kind of similar to that rocket league mode we saw in Modern Warfare 2 last year, something that'll probably be in the game for only a good 12–13ish.
Days the same amount of time that the blaze up challenge EV is also going to be live for, so I will keep you guys posted with what's going on with this extra mini map, and I'll also end up covering it on stream tomorrow morning as we're going to end up going through the high trip Resurgence mode and probably this new parkour experience as a part of the event but through the daily login reward menu.
Early access to cheech & chong
Players noticed earlier today they were able to purchase either the Stony sloth bundle or the Chichen Chong pack within a good 25 minutes of Da login rewards being added in the chich and Chong bundle ending up getting removed from the game, but for anybody out there that went ahead and purchased it early, you should be good to go and likely won't receive a ban for having bought it since you paid real money and it popped up legitimately in your game even if it was a mistake from the studios end.
The bundle unfortunately does cost 3, 000 Cod points, but if you want to go ahead and figure out the reason behind that, it's probably just because it comes with two exclusive operators, two entirely different operators, plus several Tracer blueprints. I think upwards of three you get the joint death effects and other cosmetics themed around the film.
That's why it's so expensive. Do I think a bundle should cost that much in the game? No, but that's just what it is, and since it got removed from the daily login reward menu. I'm going to assume this bundle will end up dropping anywhere from tomorrow to the next 12–13ish days while the blaze-up event is live anytime before April 20th.
Essentially, I know on the road map it does say 420 next to Chichin Chong, but that's probably just a reference to the fact that they're a part of the 420 celebration. That's about it, but we also have the Stony Sloth Pack for 2400, Cod points, the skin for Price 2, Tracer blueprints, a decal sticker charm emblem, and even a double battle pass XP token.
