No one on the call asked if Treyarch knew how disappointed the community was with the lack of content at the launch of season 2, but I'm sure they've heard that loud and clear feedback that I have given to Activision.
But when it comes to rumors, if Triarch is still leading the development of seasonal content. I don't think that question would be answered even if it were asked and Triarch were on the call for zombies, so make of that what you will. Now bear in mind that this article was created just before season 2 was officially dropped, so I don't know to what extent all of the patch notes were updated, but Triarch highlighted the wonder weapon changes as the most important part of the patch notes.
There's a good chance that even more stuff will be changed and updated as we get the season 2 reloaded update in March.
