News - Hidden Warzone 2 Settings You Need To Change. Config File Fps Boost
It's a trusted application that enables you to access a lot of those settings. You're just going to download the zip file from here, extract that zip file, and then open up the Nvidia profile inspector. This application can look a bit daunting, but don't worry; just follow along. It's only a few steps and we'll have our performance boosted nicely, so come up to profiles.
It's going to be set to the global driver profile, but we want to change the slang specifically for Warzone 2 or, as Nvidia sees it, Modern Warfare 2. So search up here for Call of Duty, and you're going to select Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 2022; that is the game that we're essentially running for Warzone 2.
Okay, once you've got that selected, make sure that "Show unknown settings from Nvidia predefined profiles" is selected. You'll see the box around it to know you've got that selected. Scroll down to section number five, the common section, and we've got these three settings, which are all the R bar settings.
R Bar is resizable, and bar, or at least it's meant to be resizable, is saying you can enable it on the back end of your GPU typically within your bios and it helps a lot of games run a bit better, but even though these settings are called R. Bar, it doesn't actually seem like they're anything in relation to that; they just seem to help FPS by setting them to specific settings, so what are those settings for the first one for our bar feature?
Click the drop-down here, set it to enabled, and then our bar options will appear. Click the drop-down menu, and you're just going to select the one with the big, long list of games. That's your correct one for that, and then for the size limit similar thing, click the drop-down and select the big, long list of games once, again once, you've got all three of those set up come up here, and click apply changes.
If you forget to do that and you just close it down, this is not going to save, and then there's an extra point if you ever update your GPU driver. You are going to have to come back in here and do this again in order to get these settings set correctly.
