New update 1.44 download surprise content
Welcome back to a brand new article. In this one, we're going to be going over the U-Assist veteran event. We have an early look at all the upcoming challenges, all the different rewards, what the camo looks like, what the new operator and bundle look like, and all the details that you need to know.
I make it my job to make sure you never miss out on any Call of Duty news or updates. Anyway, let's go ahead and get into it. PlayStation game Siiz posted saying there's going to be a new Call of Duty update, which is 1.44 for PS4, or 1.0, 44 for PlayStation 5, that was added to the database. That means every single platform is going to get this.
We usually figure it out through PlayStation because it gets added earlier. This is a very small download; it shouldn't be more than a couple gigabytes. It's expected to go up tomorrow. Usually we get the downloads on Tuesdays and then the playlist updates and the new content on Wednesday, and if you guys recall, we do have a couple of issues from the reloaded update that are supposed to get fixed, for example, auto-sprinting and the reloading.
You're not able to reload if you have tactical sprint on. That's something that they did say they'd schedule a fix for this upcoming week. There's also other things like not being able to interact with loot while you're reloading—just random bugs like that surfaced with the new big update that we ended up getting last week.
On top of that, maybe we might get some weapon balance changes. I know the battle 27 was very underwhelming; a lot of people were super excited for that it ended up releasing, and it was probably one of the most disappointing DLC weapons that we've ever seen them add; they're usually always overpowered.
This time around, it actually came out underpowered, and hopefully it gets buffed. Whatever changes we end up getting, I'll be covering that in tomorrow's article, but let's.

Go ahead and talk about the main topic we have for today, and that is the brand new US assist veterans event. This is going to be the next event, and this is probably going to be the second biggest event that we get this season.
This season starts on May 8th, which is this coming Wednesday. That means this is your last chance for those of you guys who are trying to grind out binary morality. If you have not unlocked that yet, you have under 48 hours to get it before it permanently goes away. These types of event camos will never come back, and it's a very nice camo, probably one of the best ones that we've seen through an event so far.
Definitely try and get that before it does. Anyway, back to the UAV event, there will be a brand new store update that is going to take place on the same day on Wednesday that's going to bring in the Call of Duty endowment. Recon Tracer Pack Bundle: Usually the endowment packs are going to cost you real life money, probably like $9.99.
USD; this one maybe $14.99, because it just has a couple of extra additions to it, but it first comes in with the vanish operator skin, which is going to be for warrior. This is what he looks like fully masked up, and then he has like the little thing on his eye, and then there's the second version, which is called Lancer, and this is also once again a skin for warrior.
This is just a version without the mask on, and then you get two different weapon blueprints that have trap rounds. The first one is called the silent siege for the cat, and it's just like orange black, and this is what the Tracer rounds will look like, called the Orange Ambush Tracers. The next weapon after that is going to be for the MCW, called the ve vigilance, with the same exact style going on and the same exact trajectory surrounding and impacting the rest of the bundle.
It will consist of a don't step on me weapon charm, and then you get a new large decal called the covert Correst, and then you get a weapon sticker called the Trident Throne. There's an animated calling card called Thunder Strike, and then there is a new animated emblem called the Great Helm. The last two items are going to be a 1-hour double XP token and a 1-hour double weapon.
XP token Usually, 100% of the net proceeds from the pack go to helping veterans find fulfilling careers and good jobs. After exiting the military, this bundle is for a good cause. I haven't seen any announcements in regards to that so far. Whoever's the first to go on the website and claim it, we end up getting the bundle we saw with The Warrior, Pack, that we got at the very beginning of MW3.

But on top of this, there's also going to be an event, so over in the event tab, there's going to be a new page; it's going to be called Call of Duty endowment, us assist veterans The description says that this military appreciation month, complete the Call of Duty endowment and USIS veterans challenge presented by USAA to help US and UK military veterans navigate their career search while still earning rewards.
Here's what the challenges are and how you'll be able to complete them: Also credit to Reality UK For the early gameplay footage of this event, the very first one, there's three different challenges you can do in either multiplayer zombies or in War Zone. The challenges are as follows: In multiplayer, it's to deploy five UAV kill streaks in zombies, destroy five counter UAVs in mercenaries, camps, or war zones, and deploy 10 UAV kill streaks.
By completing just one of these challenges, you will unlock the eyes on the sky calling card. This is what the calling card will look like, and it's animated, so that's actually pretty cool. The next challenge that we have is going to be getting 40 operator assists in multiplayer, successfully xfill 10 times in zombies, or in War Zone, getting 20 operator assists, and that will unlock you the animated ultimate assist emblem.
That's what that emblem will look like. Then we have the next challenge: deploy 10 mosquito drone kill streaks in multiplayer, open 60 loot caches, or deploy 20 bomb drone kill streaks in the war zone, and that will unlock you a large decal. The next challenge that we have is going to be getting you a weapon.
double XP token that's deployed 30 munition box field upgrades in multiplayer, use a pack-a-punch machine 20 times in zombies, or deploy 20 armor box field upgrades, and then the following challenge after that gets you the helping hand weapon sticker, and the challenges are to deploy 30 Medfield box-up upgrades.
