Intro
The best class setup for the cast of 74U is literally like cheating; this thing fries the enemies better than McDonald's.

With all that said, the 4D stock I run on most of my SMGs, and actually most of my ARs, and that's going to be the otoratz zoc stock this is gonna give you a lot of Sprint speed aim walking speed overall boosting, the mobility, so we are going to turn it into an SMG because it has the damage and The Recoil, controls like an AR but then you can make it feel like an SMG which is why it's literally the best gun in the game and then for the tuning on here bring up the ads speed you don't really need more aim walking steadiness.
Then I'll bring it to about there, and then you want more straight speed, so we are just going to bring it to about there since this isn't based on a linear scale. You actually will get the most amount of aim walking speed if you bring it to a negative 1.01. I really hope we actually get the numbers because it makes making class setups a little bit difficult when you try to tune a weapon and it's not based on a linear skill.
It gets way too complicated without the stat numbers. Vanguard did it, and Cold War did it; I don't know why Infinity War is bugging, but for the barrel, you want to add the Br209, Barrel. This is going to boost the overall mobility of the weapon without having too many cons, like losing a little bit of bullet velocity and recoil control, but you're not going to max those out.
Plus, you're not going to be using this weapon at long range. And then, since I can but I really recommend it, just use it just like an SMG for the tuning because of the added speed. Since I can control the recoil pretty well, I'm just going to max out that damage range, and then since I can control the recoil pretty well, I'm just going to increase the straight speed.
So if you aren't the best at the game, you might want to increase the recoil steadiness, and then I would just pay attention to the middle graph and tune it to where it makes the graph and give the muzzle the most amount of recoil control next up for the muzzle. We are going to be running the Havoc, and this is going to give you the most amount of vertical and recoil.
And horizontal recoil, control, without having too many cons like we are losing aim in stability, but you're not going to really notice that for the tuning we are going to increase the recoil, stabilization, just because the muzzle gives you a lot of horizontal recall control, so we're going to max that out, and then we're going to max out the vertical recoil, control, which is that gun kick control, and I'll just bring it to plus 0.29.
Next up is the underground, so in my previous setup, I think we had a setup just like this, but we're running the Merc 4, which is a great attachment. With all the swagger on the weapon, there really isn't much recoil in the weapon, so that's why you don't really need the murk, but if you're not the best player, then I'd probably run the Merc for the tuning.
I'm just going to keep the left bar at zero, just because there isn't much horizontal. And then the ads' speed is already pretty good, but I don't want to lose more recoil. Control for the Bottom bar If you are not going to be running a laser. I'll give you guys another attachment in case you don't want to run the laser, but if you're not running the laser, then I would increase the aiming idle stability, but if you are running the laser, then max out the aim walking speed just so you get a lot of strafe speed with these attachments.
In tuning, there is going to be a D Smith idle sway on the weapon, but the reason I don't mind that is because we're going to go over to the laser. I would add the armor-piercing round, and then I would tune them for a damage range in both velocities, or you can go over to the rear grip and then add instead of the Ivan hoe, which is going to reduce the Flinch that you take when the enemy shoots at you.
Honestly, this is a great attachment for the weapon. For the tuning on the Ruger Power, just increase the recoil steadiness and the sprint of fire speed, and then just pay attention to the middle graph, and you should find the best tune for it. You guys can also add an optic instead of that laser.
There is going to be an optic in the optic I recommend, which is going to be the Corona Mini Pro, which you unlock by getting the expedite to level 7. Before they tune it on here, I'll just increase that flange resistance and make it a little bit farther, although the enemies are going to be smaller, so you might want to keep that at zero.
With all that said, here is another great setup, and just remember, if you want, you can add an optic or you can add the ammo, and then tune that for damage range and both velocities.
