When you load into the lobby with your gear, you'll be able to unequip all these items you just duplicated and put them into your stash. As you can see, now I have 10 items in my stash, so I can now go load into another game and use the portal to bring those items out of my tombstone once again. This time, when I get back to the lobby, even though it says I have 10 out of 10 items in my stash because they are all duplicates, the game only thinks I have one item in it, so now I can just press unequip on all the items, and now I have 19 out of 10 items in my stash.
I can then go back into another game, crumble my tombstone, go to the portal, and duplicate items again. Since we reset our stash, we can simply press unequip on all the items that I have duplicated. Because now all the items are just duplicates, and the game doesn't register them as being real. Once you do this a couple of times, if you want, you can bring different items you would like more of into another game and make a tombstone with them.
For example, if I wanted to keep like 20 Elder sigils, a bunch of crystals, and legendary tools in my stash. I could just go make another tombstone with those items and duplicate them until I had enough. Then you can choose how many of each item you want to save in your stash since the ray gun is mid-game.
I don't really feel like duplicating a bunch of those, but the vr11 is really OP, so I would want to make another tombstone with a couple of those so I can have like 30 of them saved in my stash. However you guys want to do it, you can just go ahead and keep duplicating items to fill up your stash completely.
Everyone's Max stash limit number will be slightly different depending on how many items you have in your purchase or rewards tab, but to get extra space in your stash, you can just delete all your contraband and weapons. The number everyone will kind of end up at is around 220. I know it doesn't make sense to delete all the items just to duplicate them back, but by doing this method once, you'll be able to use the tombstone duplication whenever you want and bring new items into your stash when you use the portal to quit just by pressing unequip on all of those items.
This will save you so much time instead of trying to find the real items, but I wanted to show you both ways to do this because everyone's situation is a little bit different.
