News - Warzone 2 Season 1 Update Early Access Download, Cutscene, Gameplay. Warzone 2 Season 1 Update
It's going to come along with a weapon blueprint. I'm not sure if they have any Tracer effects; I don't think they do; they're just going to have different blueprints on them. That's pretty much it, but these are the two bundles that should be available on the first day of the Season 1 update that'll give you the opportunity to also get these weapons, and chances are that these new weapons are probably going to be very overpowered.
That's typically how Call of Duty does it at first, making these weapons super-overpowered. And then, as time goes on, once they get a little bit of feedback going in, they'll end up rebalancing, adjusting, and shifting it, but the last thing that we have here is , which is going to be in regards to zombies, so now we're going to have a brand new Act Four set of missions that you're going to be able to do and complete.
Season 1 zombies launch day content
These are going to be available from day one of this update, and you'll be able to complete these missions. I believe even if you haven't finished one through three, you'll still be able to do these act four ones as well. I believe there's also a storyline mission that might be involved with this.
You're also able to take a teleporter that will take you to a new higher-tier zone, which I believe is like the Tier 4 zone. This is going to be an even harder zone that you'll be able to teleport into and be able to take on, and if you notice the background, it seems like they're reusing Almaz's map assets, so if you are a fan of that map, then I guess it's not fully gone, and there are parts of it that still remain here in the game for of us, but other things that are going to come in on launch day.
Other season 1 launch day updates
I don't consider this new content. First off, there's going to be new weapon balance changes, so they're going to be buffing weapons. They did say that they were planning on buffing SMGs as well as nerfing ARS because the SMG and the AR Gap were a little bit too big, so we're going to see a massive amount of weapon balance changes.
That's going to be the next article that I cover here on the channel. Usually they release this around an hour before the season 1 update goes live, so I'll have it by the time the update is live. In the war zone, this is like a way to pretty much give yourself some frames.
Mid season 1 content
Anyway, other than everything that I just listed here, remember that this season is massive and there's going to be more coming in season. For example, we got the Vortex LTM, which is like a brand new zombified LTM for multiplayer. We also have the massive events that are going to be coming in the Christmas event that's going to take place around a week after the update.
There's also going to be even more patch notes that are going to come along with that. You also have the boys event, the Dune event, that's going to come in, and then we have the mid-season update. Overall, that's going to take place probably around January or the end of it, but anyways. I just wanted to make this article to summarize everything that you need to know about this big update because it's going to take place tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
