It is something that is really, really helpful, especially if you like dropping things from high places or if you use helicopters. Just cut your chute, and you'll plummet down into the water. You will not die, no matter how high you are. This is something that will get you out of a lot of tight situations that you would probably otherwise just get beam out of, and then coming in at number 10.
It's going to be the revive pistol; a lot of people don't know that the revive pistol actually exists. It acts as a self-response. If you do not use it at all and just leave it completely full and don't use any of the cartridges, it will actually act as a self-response, so go ahead and divvy this up accordingly to your teammates.
If somebody has a self-response already and somebody doesn't, but somebody's holding on to that res pistol, go ahead and drop that field upgrade for them. If they pick it up and don't use it, then they have a self-response. As well as this, it is also worth noting that these do spawn in solos. It was kind of confusing at first.
