All new feature coming to this dlc weapon

Then we have the brand new weapon, the Chimera, aka the honey badger. As it says, a new assault rifle part of the Bruin Ops platform offers operators a formidable primary weapon for stealth in game. There's a nice image thereof of Gaz holding this brand new AR, obviously. You're able to use the AR a bit early via private match glitches and even the firing range that's supposed to be passed out with update 1.11, but I still, for some reason, have this weapon accessible in my loadouts.

I'm not sure how that happened, but as it also says, with an integrated suppressor and slow, high-energy subsonic. 0.300 BLK rounds, the Chimera is adept at close-quarters subsonic combat. This weapon is built to keep operators completely off the grid. Given the lack of visible tracers, hidden skull indicators, and suppressed fire, the Chimera is useful against both enemy operators and agents, the latter of which are less aware and coordinated when it comes to silent attacks.

As the description suggests, the Chimera's effective range is shorter than most assault rifles, which is also important to remember, making it a more powerful and silent alternative to the faster-firing M13B. From the same platform, so long as the operator behind it can stay on target, the Chimera can be a versatile force in most short- to mid-range engagements, potentially making it a good complement to a rifle or LMG suit.

For longer agents in an overkill loadout, I love that they recommend having overkill when using this weapon. However, with the way that I run and go, and because I'm a bit of an aggressive player, the chimeras probably give me the weapon for me, so they also mentioned you can unlock it with a weapon challenge or, via the store bundle, we're not sure what that challenge is going to be.

Jesse I'll keep you guys posted on how that's going to work.

There's a huge possibility, though, that maybe it's something like the m13b, where you can unlock this AR by doing something in the DMZ. I love that they're changing things up a little bit where to unlock certain things you have to play multiplayer or DMZ. The bass SMG, which did release at the very start of season one, is now towards the bottom of.

Upcoming tracers, free cod points & new years pack

This blog post does mention the featured bundles for the mid-season update, not all of them that we're going to be seeing in Reloaded, but some of the ones they wanted to showcase here, so as it says in addition to the Tracer Pack Klaus Operator Bundle, there's a confirmation I was talking about it being a tracer pack, which is exciting featuring the new operator to weapons.

Blueprints and other festive items, as well as the three limited-time operator bundles for Modern Warfare FC and the World Cup crossover, will fill the store, which will also be packed with new bundles, including the Dune stalker starter pack and the year of the rabbit bundle. This is a pro pack, which of course will reimburse you with Cod points.

For example, the bundle will cost 19.99, or in this case, 9.99, and it'll give you the Cod Point equivalent for that, so you get what's going to be 20 bucks of value for just the price of 10. This will come with 1100 Cod points, which is awesome. This pack will include two weapon blueprints, the Scarab SMG based on the M4's high capacity close range option and the Duster sniper rifle, along with the muddled up APC vehicle skin, the golden beetle weapon charm, and the desert starter pack animated emblem.

Like I said earlier, 1100 Cod points will also be featured in this bundle, which coincidentally is enough for the season one battle pass. For those out there that still don't have that just yet, here's the year of the rabbit bundle. Pretty cooperative skin there on the right, and nice artwork there to celebrate Chinese New Year.

So, something Chinese New Year with this bundle theme on the fourth zodiac symbol of the 12 year cycle, highlighting the This bundle contains the Zodiac rabbit operator skin for Zemo as well as two weapon blueprints, the Dash of Luck high capacity SMG and the Toki or Taki, which are based off the new weapons available within this mid-season update.

So I believe this is going to be our first blueprint for the Chimera, which is pretty cool, as well as the two weapon charms, the Year of the Rabbit and Fortune Punch, and two animated emblems. So there's pretty good news for those out there looking forward to some brand new bundles now.

The new ␜groups␝ feature just got revealed

The new ␜groups␝ feature just got revealed

For those out there that did miss the clan feature that was in Warzone 1. I know it was named something else but it was also over in Vanguard, we're getting a new social feature here in Reloaded called groups, so whether you're wanting to make new friends or find squad mates for DMZ and special ops missions, the new group social feature launching as a part of this update in both MW2 and Warzone 2 can help make those connections more accessible.

Also read:

Via the social menu, groups allow you to find or create communities of fellow Call of Duty players or of fellow Call of Duty players, excuse me, up to 5, 000 in a single group, which is massive because I think groups in Warzone 1 and Vanguard had a cap at like a couple hundred if I'm not mistaken. Similar interests can be found under the following labels: Call of Duty base preferences, on Call of Duty modes including Battle Royale.

DMZ, or MP, or player experience such as veteran-only or new player-friendly, that's a pretty sick vibe. based on out-of-game interests such as entertainment gaming or sports communities. Based on defining the tone of the group, such as how they play the game, for example, competitively, for fun, or when they play Weekend Warriors or are active daily, there are other categories for defining the group outside of the game, including if the group is affiliated with the streamer or is part of a Call of Duty League team, so I'm definitely going to go ahead and make a group so you can go ahead and join that.

I'll put more information about this over on my Twitter, and I'll mention it in a future YouTube article of mine, but this is really damn cool here, as you can see always. I'm a fan of seeing new features like this to really innovate the new social space for COD 2.0. This looks awesome, and again, there are a lot of UI improvements that I think Modern Warfare 2 could use.

We'll probably see those improvements added before developers go on vacation for the holiday break, and of course even more when season two starts over in February. I also mentioned that groups are also defined by their main language in their privacy settings. These, as well as the above labels, are used to help define groups within the in-game browser so other players can find them.

Once the group is made, its members can use them as dedicated text channels to converse, look up fellow members, and create parties for squatting up within Modern Warfare 2 or even War Zone 2. So you could choose the color itself for the foreground and even the background, which is really, really cool.
