News - The Best Kastov 762 Warzone 2 Meta Setup. Tuned
Intro
Warzone 2 is here; this is no fate, and I am delighted to bring you my first gun build for Warzone 2, which is the 762. I've kind of premeditated this gun for Warzone too; this was always going to be my first gun build and the first gun that I was going to try out as my main AR as it's so strong in multiplayer, and here's also an interesting observation or insight: If you look at the patch notes for the Warzone 2 launch patch, in the weapon balancing, we see that the cast of the 762 is untouched, which is insane, so in this article I go into the gun build and also the tuning.

So, here's a setup. I won the polar fire for the muzzle because it gives bullet velocity damage range and a good buff to recall smoothness for a small penalty in ads speed and aiming stability, and also the added sound suppression for the barrel. I go for this catchy-sounding IG K30, 406mm. I do this once again for the recoil control and the bullet velocity.
I'm trading this gun for something like mid-to-long range, so I'll absolutely slay people at those ranges again. We just get a kind of mobility and handling buff for the underbarrel. I go for the Phase 3 grip; this is kind of like my go-to; it gives you so much accuracy buff that it gives you stable idle aiming, hip fire accuracy, and recoil stabilization.
The stabilization is one of the key things for me with this gun. As you can see here, this is the pattern of the recall. It goes up and to the right. I don't really care about how much it kicks to the left or right, to a certain degree. All I care about is the recoil pattern being smooth, so recall stabilization does this; it just smooths out that line so it's easier to control.
I'll go for the one milliwatt laser box. I always go for this one because it gives you such a good opportunity if you do run into like close gun fights, then you can bust out, you know, hip fire. You could switch this up for a grip or a stock if you like. Lastly, the optic that I go for is the choreography of Rex Pro now, at the moment, before I do too much testing because I haven't really done that much testing as Warzone is so fresh.
I'm just using Blue Dot Optics at the moment, so this would be the Rex Pro and, where is it, the Cronin Mini Pro. These are the two blue dot optics that we have at the moment, so now that we know the builds, how did I tune them? This is such a freaking good tune; it makes this gun what it is, and as you can see here in the firing range, it's so easy to control and pick out people at range, and it's also very stable. Yes, there's a slight wobble, you know, when you're just breathing naturally and not firing, so first up the muzzle is the polar fire.
Tuning
Here, between aiming idle stability and bullet velocity, I've kind of left this as it is. How we tune this, so between recoil stabilization and ad speed, I've kind of knocked this down with a slight bias towards ad speed essentially.
What I'm trying to do is, if there's like a mid-range gunfight. I don't like to build these weapons to be too slow, so if I have again tested things out. I feel that I can push things a little bit more to add speed to make things a little bit more aggressive just in case you are, you know, caught in the trap and you need to be quicker than the other guy.
I'd like to have some ads speed there, and as I said. I've tested all this on the firing range, and the recall is really, really good, so I don't want to touch it too much, but down here between aiming walking speed and aiming idle stability. I've pushed this all the way over to stability, as without it, it does seem to wobble quite a lot, which can take you off target, which is not what we want.
Okay, lastly, the optics and the core article Rex Pro I've tuned this for adsb down here on the left, the finch resistance if you're being shot at. I don't think the finch resistance is really going to help you out anyways, so we might as well push this all the way down to ad speed and down here between close and far for the eye position.
