The new XP event has started, so I'll quickly go over how I unlocked the new camo. Stash House is a nice small map, so bring decoys and play kill confirmed. Use the decoys every time you spawn, and grab as many tags as you can. Try to complete challenges while playing to maximize the amount of XP you get, and go for as many kills as you can.
If they don't vote for kill confirmed, leave the game and find another one. Use a double XP token if you have one, but you can still level up pretty fast if you're collecting every tag you get. See, the quickest way I found to complete the XP event is by heading into plunder with a squad and completing contracts for the whole game.
Focus on the most wanted contracts and have the whole team loot to reduce the contract time so you all earn a good chunk of it.
