News - New Warzone 2 Content Update & Free Operator Pack Releasing. Supply Drops, Classic Prestige Returning
Let's break down the new update here in MW3: the free operator pack. People are able to get new leaks and much more. They have a bunch of stuff over there, and they're doing a special holiday discount of 15% off with my code. Part of it's an AM optic that has a built-in laser that gives you ad speed.
It seems pretty cool—nothing too spectacular, in my opinion—but it's in the game right now, so be sure to grind for that, and also, side note, the tyr conversion kit from last week's challenges is still not available in MW3, but in War Zone Mobile, they're working and everything is good there, so kind of funny there.
Hopefully, that will get fixed very soon. If last week's F Market part is working for you guys, because it seems like for most people, if not everyone, it's just not working there, and today in the store as well, we also got a new bundle, the scareware bundle, for 2, 000 C points. It comes with a BBQ Comm photo skin here, which will preview, and looks pretty solid.
Definitely a cool look with blue there—not too bad, pretty unique. I would say it comes with a stick and a finishing move. Of course, we have a DG58 LSW. Blooper here, which isn't too bad. As a side note. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be all the way at the right hand of the screen here; it's supposed to be a little more centered, so I guess that's a bug, but whatever the blueprint does, it does look cool.
The black and white kind of look there; it says wake up; we have MCW 6.8. Marksman rifle blueprint: this one here looks pretty cool. I really do like the black-and-white theme, honestly. Sometimes again, the vibrant camos are sick. The cool animated dark ether-style camos are always fire, but sometimes you want to mix it up here and have just a cleaner, more low-key camo.
The black-and-white look is always fire. In my opinion, we have the calling card here, okay, a weapon sticker, and 1 hour of Double XP. I don't know again, as I've been saying in my article yesterday: Any bom that I'm spending close to $20 on, I just guaranteed want tracers. Sincerely, I think tracers are so cool, and they should just for sure come with tracers here.
It's really insane again that dark ether bundle—I don't know where it is on my screen here, but yeah, right here. So the fact that this bundle doesn't come in tracers for 2,800 C points is just wild to me, because it's a cool bundle but no tracers for this much. Here is a little more. You know what I mean.
We're getting the same amount of content but for more money. I don't know. Speaking of bundles, more people were getting this email to purchase MW3 before January 1st and receive a free gift from Call of Duty for a limited time. Call of Duty is spreading the Christmas cheer and offering an in-game bundle to those who purchase MW3.
Before January 1st, the offer was only available to people who got this email and purchased a digital copy of MW3, so if you didn't get this email, you cannot get this bundle for free. The bundle here is the Tracer Pack Clous Operator Bundle, which is also now in the store. This is an older bundle, which is interesting that they're giving it out, but it's still pretty solid.
It comes with, of course, the K Clouse Operator Skin, which is pretty sick. I would say the M13 B AR blueprint. A cool red and black look there; we have a victus XMR blueprint as well, and those both come with snow holiday tracers and a confetti dismemberment effect there or death effect whatever.
So Sol stuff there overall pretty cool tracers I would say we have a finishing move of course vehicle skin that's pretty cool weapon charm decal, weapon sticker and emblem so okay stuff there again it's just a little promotion for you know getting MW3 so if you don't have it and you actually really want to get it there, hopefully you got that email so you could get this operator although it would have been cooler to get a you know newer bundle because I feel like a lot of people may already have this bundle from last year right so if they're going to do a promotion for MW3.
Give us a new MW3 bundle. Ford Leaks was going through a bunch of old assets for MW2 and MW3, and they found this here. It's a solid mood, honestly, and I feel like it should eventually return at some point. I could easily see it coming next season or the season after that, but now we don't know for sure because the problem with this game is that there's a lot of leaks from MW2 and MW19.
You know you have content there, and it's in the files, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's going to return in MW3. But, I would say, cyberattack could be a mode we easily see in this game very soon. I'll be sure to update you guys if we get more information on that. Now this is here, which I thought was pretty interesting.
This is a graphic from Detonated. They go through what you want to bring back here, so would you want to bring back supply drops? For me, the top two to bring back would probably be the classic Prestige as my number one pick, or and the number two maybe the DLC map pack supply drops. I would say it's a no-no.
The pay-to-win system just didn't work, although it was fun opening up supply drops. The pay-to-win aspect there was just not cool; you could spend hundreds and thousands of dollars and never get the weapon you were going for or the cosmetic item you were going for. That's not too good. The pig 10 system is really cool, but I don't hate the gunsmith we have now, and there are rumors that pig 10 is returning very soon anyway, so we're going to probably get probably the classic Prestige, which I feel is a big one every year here being maxed out each season.
It's just very annoying to be able to just grind through prestiges normally like you could in the past, which I feel is much better than DLC map packs. I mean, we get a lot of content now between multiplayer and War Zone zombies, but DLC map packs were just really cool. You would have this big update on the first day, and all this content would drop.
It seemed like there were more quality maps, but the problem is that if we go back to DLC map packs, we're going to have a huge update, and then after three months of silence, people don't remember that an update would release, and then we would have absolutely no content, no updates whatsoever, for three months, and during those times it got pretty boring sometimes, so what we have now is pretty cool.
The content is released every couple weeks. Now there's a new event and a new update. It's just a lot more fun to have more consistent updates, but at the same rate, DLC map packs were pretty exciting. We'll be sure to subscribe for more Cod Update articles like this. We'll be going through all the content releasing for season one, including reloaded new bundles, Maps weapons, zombies content, and all that good stuff.
