The very first step that you guys are going to have to take in order to get this new dark ether open is that you're going to have to complete our brand new story mission.
Completing this is going to be pretty easy. Everything in here is only Tier 2, so you shouldn't be struggling too much. Now, the very first thing you guys are going to have to do while you're in here is shoot these orbs out of the sky, and they're going to suck down onto these crystals. To interact with the crystal, it's going to show you three different symbols.
And they're also going to shoot off in different directions, and you're just going to have to shoot these things in the order that they appear on the crystal once you shoot all the symbols in the correct order the crystal should turn red and that's when you should be able to shoot it and just destroy it simply just move on over to the next one and do the same thing you complete these two crystals you're going to meet back up with renov, and Jensen she's going to get sucked up into the sky and you're going to have to break these two seals assis by simply killing zombies right next to them so you end up cleansing all three of these relics and then you're going to come down here and activate the last seal it's going to spawn in your boss this disciple, is pretty easy Just make sure that you kill all the minions that it spawns, because she will not take damage if they are still alive once you end up defeating this boss's disciples.
They will end up giving you a reward Rift, which will have the Golden Giraffe in it your way over back to renov, where you're going to escort Dr Jensen out of the dark ether we're going to make our way into the main map and get our other three pieces so we can upgrade those very first piece is going to be the science journal which we're going to be getting by going over to The Ether storm and just killing enough zombies, inside of The Ether storm you end up killing a bunch of these things a reward ref should pop up and give you that science journal this next one I actually thought was kind of cool so what you're going to have to do is you need a friendly hellhound, and you're going to end up taking your friendly hellhound over to a mer camp and letting the hellhound defeat the sergeant once the friendly hellhound successfully takes down the sergeant it should pop up the reward Rift and give you the laptop with stickers, you're going to come to the big house that's located here at i7, and if you come upstairs into the master bedroom and look underneath the bed there's going to be an artifact.
That you can interact with, you're going to hear the sound CU. And then there's going to be a reward Rift that pops up off top that's going to have the imaginary friend drawing inside now that we have all of our parts we need to get them all upgraded so we're going to be coming on into the red tier Zone and there's going to be these triangles, that are on the ground and they're going to be directing you in the direction of where these symbols are that you need to shoot if you shot all three of the symbols on the wall they don't need to be in any in particular order you should be ready to go you just need to find the spot where the triangle, is fully visible and I'm going to show you exactly where they're at one that we just activated is going to be right here and you notice when the triangle gets fully in our vintage in that's when this thing is going to activate, and there's going to be a spot right in the middle where it's going to let you sacrifice, one of the items that you have if you don't sacrifice, the item then you will not get the upgraded part but you will be able to continuously.
Kill zombies in here, and eventually. The reward Rift will pop up, and you're always going to get a legendary ether tool and a pack of three crystals, which is a whole other thing that we can talk about once you kill enough zombies in this circle. It's going to end up spawning in a Mangler boss, and he's pretty mean, but once you get him defeated, that's when the reward Rift is going to pop up and give you the attuned imaginary friend drawing.
The next one is going to be right here and shoot all three of your symbols to the top of this building over here and repeat the same thing that we did over there, and at the end of this one, it's going to end up spawning in a mimic once you defeat him, which will pop up the rift with the laptop with scissors in it fully upgraded.
There's one left to do, guys, and we can put them all down on the pedestals and open up that dark ether. The last one's going to be right here. Go ahead and shoot all three of your symbols yet again, and we're going to repeat the same process way across this thing here. Look at the triangle, and that's going to start the trial.
This one's going to end up spawning some hellhounds, and these guys were kind of tough once you've got all four of your upgraded pieces. Just like before, we're going to make our way right over to the dark ether rift and to the pedestals. Just line them up with whatever the correct items are and place them on top of the pedestal.
You place all four, and that's when the dark ether is going to spawn, and you're going to have a disciple boss now. For me, this thing just happened immediately. I died, and I didn't have to fight him at all. Some people say he can be pretty hard. The purpose of defeating this guy is that he's actually supposed to be dropping you a sigil, so that way you can go on into the dark ether and look for the Elder sigils, but I ended up bringing in the Elder sigil, so I tried it out for myself.
Let's just say that going solo did not work out too well in this dark ether, which is absolute hell. I was probably a second-run attempt at this whole thing, but I ended up seeing a bunch of people that were hanging out around the new Elder Dark Eternity, so I decided to bring those guys onto the team and see if we could go do this thing all together.
