News - Did Price Really Survive Warzone 2

Also, as always, I will show you the cut scene that I am referring to. Now I am aware that I am going against the general rule of the Cod Law: if you don't see someone's death, they are not dead.

However, as they say, there is always an exception to the rule, and in that cut scene, we didn't necessarily see Price's actual death per se. I'm talking more about what happens afterwards, and I personally believe that Price died at the end of Modern Warfare 3. The reason I believe this is because, after Price kills Macrov and MW3, Price can finally die in peace.

Now, what I mean by this is that if you look through the entire OG Modern Warfare story, consistently, Price's allies have been killed by his enemies, whether that be Zak, Shephard, or Marov. Price loses allies—a lot of allies; in fact, on average, three of Price's allies die for one of Price's enemies, and also, to put it into context.

Marov or all Makarov's forces killed five of the nine killed allies, so Makarov is kind of like Price's Boogeyman. He has won a petty victory. If you don't know what a pck victory is, this is a term that describes a victory so devastating that it is equivalent to a defeat. So it makes sense that Price dies after finally overcoming his bum.
