News - Bad News For Warzone 2
Season 4 and Season 5 came around, and the mode was kind of done; it was kind of gone, and obviously they abandoned it for Modern Warfare zombies, so it's kind of almost like a repeat scenario here where it started off. Super strong updates dwindle updates dwindle updates dwindle It's forgotten. Hey, Go War is here.
The main thing that we've been waiting for is here, really, as a third mode that got so much well-received attention at the start. You think it would be a little bit more of a priority for updates going forward, considering it's a part of the paid experience for Modern Warfare 3, but really, now more than ever, it feels like this is just something that's supposed to BU time while we're waiting for Go 4 this fall.
That's a ways out, but if you really think about it, a lot of updates and a lot of seasonal updates are still yet to come that zombies are going to have to fill in something with unless they just want to lose the player base. Now there have been some new leaks and some new rumors about maybe PVP coming, which could be huge, and some other things here and there that could help you know, Twist gameplay around a little bit.
I think it'd be awesome if we could potentially have it change locations, like you actually get fortunes, keep zombies, and you can play it on that instead of ö stand, or you could play it on alz or other maps. I think in and of itself would be awesome to see that'd be huge for a playability standpoint, but as of right now, the future does not look good for Modern Warfare zombies, and while this is not a topic we cover actively here on the channel, it's something that I feel like is worth talking about considering it is a huge part of this game and has a huge audience.
And we do cover updates here; it's just that there's not really any zombie updates to cover, so unfortunate situation, not great news. Man, zombies aren't getting any attention, and you're exactly right; it certainly does not feel like that, so we'll have to see what the future holds for the mode.
